This company installed my home theatre when we purchased our new house. The basement was unfinished, a simple 5.1 surround sound install, and I regret using them every day as I see their mistakes every time I use my basement. The builder recommended them, and I have confirmed that the builder no longer uses them as well. Apparently before they installed my house they were good, but they hired a new guy to lead installs and he was the problem. I have no way of knowing or caring how good they were before, but I do know my experience. I could go into details but it is not worth the time. Just save yourself the trouble and avoid this company. I hope they read this, reach out, and offer to fix it. I should never have paid them at the time until it was 100%. Live an learn.
