Church's Chicken
I had a very unpleasant experience with the Indian girl attending the drive thru service. I had to wait for my order for almost 20 mins and when I ask her for my order, she looked at me and didn't reply nor apologize for the delay. She was very rude and she souldn't be working in customer service at all.

I ordered 5 pieces of wings, but they delivered 5 pieces of small shoulders, and after complaining, they gave me three pieces of wings and two pieces of shoulders. When ordering fried chicken, I ordered two thighs and one leg and added a charge, but they delivered one thigh, one leg, and one small Brest. Be sure to check when ordering.

This location use to have great quality food and long lineups. Something has obviously changed. My last few visits continue to confirm that something has changed, the chicken is never fresh, size is smaller and the chicken is extremely dry, almost as if it's been fried a second time to hide the fact that it's not fresh. This will be my last time spending any money here, as the last few times have resulted in the food going in the garbage. Another sign is there does not ever to be a lineup anymore, drive thru or in the store. During my last visit I asked them to drop fresh and I would wait, did the quality changed? No, still dry and disgusting. Based on the reviews, people are starting to notice, curious on the response I'll get from this or how much longer this location will be around.

Very friendly staffs. I was able to use my old gift card that all Richmond branches of church’s chicken no longer accept. The fried chicken was good. The $1 wing was bigger than what I was expecting.

Came in during lunchtime to buy chicken only while I was in the neighborhood. Its been a very long time since I visited last. I was shocked to find that their menu had changed. Gone were the prices of all their chicken & fries combos. The only visible prices were for their current specials. I had to ask the cashier for their chicken pricing. The cashier quoted me $3,25 for a piece of white meat which he admitted that it was the same price for a piece of dark meat!! He tried to justify that thighs are as expensive as breast meat. What I received for my mixed chicken order was a drumstick and a scrawny rib piece of breast from a little chick not a grown chicken! The flavour and juiciness hasn't changed but their menu choice options have. Church's has changed their focus to selling dark meat over white meat. The seating setup at this location has gotten smaller. The staff filling my order was rude. I won't be back. L.A chicken had my undecided loyalty for quality, quantity and customer service. So long Church's.

Comparing to most other locations, this place is not that bad. Bought spicy chicken here at least once a month for the past 4 months and the quality seems to be ok. Chicken pieces are way larger and noticeably more spicy than Surrey locations for example, specifically the 120st and King George locations (those 2 locations are horrible, dry, small pieces, greasy, never fresh, not crunchy, not spicy). Spicy Super Crunch chicken are not spicy AT ALL and they don't prep these, so don't wait 20 minutes and expect to get juicy spicy chicken. If you want good spicy Super Crunch, go to Richmond. No.5 rd and Blundell locations are the best in my opinion. Only speaking as a Church's Chicken addict of over 10 years.

I usually go to Church's Chicken every couple of weeks. It's pretty good. Their chicken is better than other chicken places. Definitely check this place out!

Service is terrible. Paid the wrong order because the cashier punch-in a biscuit even it is included in the meal already. I also got 2 leg part chicken even I ask for NO Leg part to her. Washroom is not available. Dine in area is also dirty. Not a good place to dine.

I ordered two chicken legs combo with seven up, the girl completely messed up my order. She give me a leg and a thigh and one coke. The fries is cold, not fresh.
