Roger's Services Electrical & Mechanical

Writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother. Her furnace quit in the wee hours of a Saturday morning and Roger attended later that same morning. Polite, professional manner, and when he couldn't fix the problem that day without my mother having to be charged extra, arrived promptly Monday morning and got the furnace up and running again. Mum is pleased and I'm relieved! Would definitely use Roger's Services again.

I had used Roger's services before for small jobs and I found it ok. Then, I used him for a much bigger project as a sole electrical and HVAC contractor since I felt more comfortable having seen his job before. Bad decision. He charged way over budget. He almost never came to the job and sent his guys who were not efficient and my partner and I were being billed even when those guys were having lunch, resting, talking, sleeping. The final result was thousands of $$$ more than the amount of work they did. There is much more which I cannot explain here. He might be ok for small job under $500, but I would avoid him at all cost for anything more than that. Not recommended.
