The UPS Store

I use this local UPS store on a regular basis and they always deliver. I often email a project to them, and they prepare it for me. When I go to pick it up, everything is exactly as I require. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this store

The staff that were working the day I got my passport photo done were super rude got the wrong size and charged me for the 2 different copies even though it was their mistake. Also the photo was blurry and not good quality. Had to re take it in another shop.

I ordered myself a few items online for my birthday durring COVID-19, as a gift to myself since I was spending my day in quarentine (I have family members who are high risk/immune compromised and thus am being extremely cautious). Though I called UPS to tell them to leave the packages and not require a signiture, the packages ended up at this UPS store. They called me to let me know and I told them to take thier time to deliver the packages, but laughingly told them it was my birthday so the sooner the better. A lovely UPS lady showed up to drop off the packages. Through the crack in the door she told me she heard me on the phone and wanted to make sure I got my bday gifts on my bday. Thank you for being so kind! The gesture is very appreciated especially in these difficult times.Thank you and stay safe!!

I'm giving this location mixed reviews. The owner gets annoyed with customers ask for receipts. I'm often at this location dropping off Amazon returns. When the owner is working he gets annoyed with me every time I ask for a receipt. All other employees scan my return and provide a shipping receipt. I don't know why the owner gives me such a hassle for asking for a receipt.

This UPS is our personal and business hub for all shipping needs. We used their services for 10+years and we always had a professional and excellent services. Staff and management are always very helpful and offer best services. Recommended.

I’ve had the gratest experiment in this store. Two girls who work there are very nice and polite. I highly recomend this store for drop off the packages and printings.

Don’t drop off your package here if you do not want to babysit someone to type in an address correctly!Slow, terrible service, and poor attitude. The employee made 5 mistakes in the first attempt to input a 3 line address. No problem, mistakes happens. However, it took her three more attempts to correct all of her mistakes and tried to blame it on me for her inability to correct all HER mistakes the first time. She managed to misspell the city even AFTER I’ve spelled it out to her. She managed to get the floor number, and other information wrong even AFTER I’ve said it out loud multiple times. Poor communications skills and poor attitude. Her poor performance on the job had waste my valuable time, UPS resources (printing labels/ shipping documents wasted) and other customers time. Would have given 0 stars.

Hands down the best UPS store I’ve been to. They’re quick.. efficient and can handle just about any job. I can email them anything I need and pick it up within the hour if they’re not too busy. I’ve used them for business and personal. I would highly recommend them for any of your printing needs.
