We saw James to see if our infant son would need a helmet. He was really great with us and our son. Appreciated that he took the time to assure concerned parents over a few visits that it wouldn't be needed in our case.

James is an incredibly personable, accessible practitioner who really personalizes the patient's treatment to suit their individual issues. He really puts the time in to listen to the patient's experience, gives very useful feedback, and comes up with the optimal solution while allowing you to avoid any unnecessary expense. My feet feel much better since seeing him, which has improved my quality of life significantly. A great guy and a wonderful orthotist! I can't recommend him enough.

James is super attentive. This small bussiness has worked to be flexible for us as a family travelling from out of town for a specialized helmet only made here on vancouver island. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
