We had a great experience here and the sale rep was super down to earth and friendly. They were not pushy at all and the guys in the back worked with us even though we came 10 mins before they were set to leave and we needed a pull out couch in 6 days that’s a tough ask but they ended up selling us the window model so we could get one in time for our company. Talk about amazing experience and customer service. Love this place and the warranty’s are amazing and if you don’t use them you get a full store credit for the amount. You don’t see that in insurance anywhere. A+++

Danielle was my customer service person. She was incredible and very friendly. She checked and sought out everything I needed for my purchase. She made everything great and was able to set me up with what I needed for the day. I would most definitely recommend this location and salesperson. I’ll be back for sure

Decent place for buying furniture within budget. We bought a table and one of their salesman Abdur dealt with us nicely and made sure to have a smooth transaction!

My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase a new bed. We worked directly with Debbie who helped us find the perfect fit for the two of us. They were very understanding of the needs we had for a new mattress and box spring, allowing us to freely lay on several floor models to find what felt best for us. I was blown away by the expertise Debbie had in the realm of mattresses and differences between them, letting us know that throwing our money away into a mattress is not something we were about to do!I was beyond satisfied with the service provided and knowledge Debbie had to work with us. I’ve happily purchased a new king size bed set, thank you for all your help Debbie!

Went to the Brick, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to buy a dishwasher, and i was able to get it with in 2 days of purchasing it. No problems picking up my product. But I had to call in to see if was there, usually they call you. So a little disappointed in their customer service for that.

Popped into the Brick to look for a new fridge for our new home. Danielle came walking up to me with a smile on her face and asked if I needed help. I mentioned all the specifications I was looking for and she found the perfect one for me. The Brick has always been my go to for appliances and furniture. I’ve never had a problem with warranties.

I ordered a dining room table a La-Z-Boy a 65 inch TV a wall mount two Lamps vintage table hutch. The sales rep Debbie missed out on the specials I would receive if I bought a 65 inch TV. I had to tell her that if I bought a 65 inch TV I get a free TV cleaning kit estimated value $80 she was not aware of that. Also if buying a wall mount you received a free iPhone/tablet holder value of $50 and I pointed that out to her and she was not aware of it. I placed the order two months in advance and specify delivery date 1 June 2023 saying it was my move-in date in my new apartment and I had no furniture going forward the day I move in today is June 1 appointment at three I called for order delivery status and my products are back order and won’t be received until 12 June. One of the items I bought was a floor model and it’s now back order the brick Branford sales person who I dealt with was only considered in her sale commission not about me or my move-in date or any of the possible other promotions I was able to get, I had to find my own promotions that the sales rep was clearly under qualified to be a sales rep and try to offer maximum promotion rates to the customer. Do not shop there with that customer service agent if you plan on getting your things in a respectful time delay. No table.

UPDATE: Delivery of a king mattress, adjustable bed base, and dining room chairs went so smoothly. Truly impressed with the three guys - their efficiency, positive energy, helpfulness and attitudes. In and out within half an hour. Zero damage to our walls. Set up the heavy items that would've been hard for us to do on our own. Made for a great experience. 5*!ORIGINAL:Melanie was very helpful in store! Gave great advice, took her time with us, and made the whole process easy.

We had Danielle assist us. she helped us find everything we needed. When applying for the flexidy card she was so patient with us while we tried to figure everything out. was very kind and answered all questions that we had.
