One of the most difficult descions for home owners is choosing a supplier who they can trust but will also support you when needed. Sonali and her team have earned a lifetime customer. They went out of thier way to remedy issues experienced with wifi connectivity on our led pot lights. Over the phone we were able to video call as a first step to remedy. They even sent, not one but 2 technicians to check on the issue as we couldn't solve it over the phone. Once the issue was found to be on the product side they were able to recommend another product at a discounted rate to account for the inconvenience which was outside of their control.Thank you to Ohm led electric for restoring my trust and faith in local businesses. Crazy how a business struggling as much as this one have the audacity to give clients bad attitude. Also heard they don’t pay their employees. Garbage store and people if you ask me
