Absolute 5 star service. Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom. Had 4 tradesman come to quote and 3 of them came up with all different things it could be. I was told I need a complete new roof. I was told I need new lead work. Custom Contracting Roofing & Eavestrough Repair Kitchener found the problem straight away a cracked tile and a rip in the felt. Done a great job at a great price. Would highly recommend this company.

I can't recommend Custom Contracting enough for your roofing and eavestrough work. We have a century old home that we purchased a few years ago in need of new gutters. We'd put it off long enough and this was the year we were going to get them replaced, and we thought we might as well add some soffits while they're up there. I got quotes from 5 different contractors, 2 of them didn't even want to attempt to do the soffits. Another quoted me double the price. Neven came out and answered all my questions and even pointed out a few issues that none of the others even noticed. He quickly identified a leaky issue above my porch due to the previous owners poor DIY work. Neven demonstrated to me he and his team new what they were doing. Jason, the site manager came back the next and walked through the project with me to ensure his team understood the job (it's an old house with some decorative elements). They were able to slot in the job the next week, completing it 4 days (as I said it an old house with some unique challenges)! My wife and I are very happy with how it turned out, giving our old home a much needed facelift. Their estimate was fair, and competitive with other we received, but with a 25 year warranty (no one else came close to this) how can you go wrong? Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We use them for emergency repairs (same day) and recently a larger re-roof. Communications are always excellent and the team deliver high quality works on the promised timescale. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone and will be using them myself for maintenance on the next property.

I cannot recommend Custom Contracting highly enough! From Neven explaining our options without making us feel pressured, to Jay and Matt who installed everything beautifully while making us feel like they cared about our home as much as we do. We will absolutely work with them again on anything needed in the future.

Had some gutters installed in September, and things seemed ok. However in December we started noticing water leaking in behind a part of the gutter system.It has been like pulling teeth trying to get this resolved. A tech came out and 'patched' the issue once back in Dec, but it's no better.The client manager is mostly unresponsive, and it takes way too much effort to get anything scheduled.I acknowledge there have been a few weeks of too much snow and ice to do anything, but that has been bookended by lots of mild weather over the last 2+ months.I feel I've been overly patient here, and I now have a light fixture full of water and a nice steady drip off the soffit.So, in short, if you want water to run away from your house, you should probably consider another vendor.** Regarding the reply: The ice damming is a problem, yes, but I have been trying to get you people to understand that these issues started long before any ice build up, and now again since the ice has melted.I have submitted photos, FROM BEFORE THE ICE FORMED (Jan 17, sent to 'Adam'. Additional photos sent again Jan 29 to the general inbox - pictures 2 and 3 are from the same day I sent to Adam previously) during this mild winter.

Custom Contracting went above and beyond in customer service. My initial consult with Nevon was far superior to the previous consult I had had with another company. They were highly reliable, easy to get ahold of and went beyond the scope of work to ensure the eavestrough installation went smoothly. Brandon, when installing the leaf gutters, took the time to clean out the neighbour's gutters (townhouse) to ensure my gutters wouldn't be compromised. The product installed is terrific and I highly recommend this company!
