Bad experience. Ordered a sofa and paid it in full. Was supposed to be delivered next week. They called and said that it was sold to another customer and will need to wait until the month of June. Is this even legal to double sell?

Shopped at the store on Hwy 30. The salesman, Aiman was very helpful, courteous and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Very efficient and explained the details and procedure. Definitely an asset to your store. We tried other RD locations but the service at the St Bruno store was the best. Thank you.

I received an email stating that my order was available for pickup. Drive there, get told by warehouse clerk it's not in stock (even though I intentionally ordered from that location because they had in stock) he goes to speak to a sales person, comes back to tell me that yes my items are AVAILABLE for pick up, but they aren't CONFIRMED for pick up as they haven't received them from the warehouse in Lachine yet.

Their problem solving skills are on point.The couch I bought didnt get delivered on the day it was meant to. Jonathan and his manager were able to get me a better couch delivered in 2 days! I can't thank them enough for their amazing customer service
