Everytime i go to this Tim's, i dont get what i want. like i ordered Artisan bun, i get a bread, i order a Egg and cheese english muffin, i get a biscuit.Service is so horrible and the environment too. Everything inside is very dirty and the manager, Sam is very rude. Please avoid this if you can.

Manager needs to investigate what happened on March 5th around 10am drive through. They should also check the audio of the customer trying to order and the machine not working. And how 3 employees at the window tried to gaslight the customer when we tried to explain the machine wasn’t working and no one could hear us that’s why we advance to try to order at the window. We didn’t just drive through without trying to place an order because a long time ago I also used to work at a fast food restaurant and understand the logistics. It took them forever to realize we were at the window and one of the employees Rolled her eyes and kept say « umm ok ok ok «  while I’m trying to explain the situation and in was in the most condescending way. My husband just drove away because he was so discussed with their behaviour.This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m definitely informing the people at head office to encourage customer service training. I was coming home from a long night at the hospital with a sick baby and I normally never review places, but this left me so upset.For a restaurant so close to a hospital, they should know that sometimes getting to eat a little something goes a long way for certain customers because you don’t know what bad news they got.

Stay away from 290 Harwood Ave S ajax. Even when you are the only customer, it will still take them 10 plus minutes to fix your order.Tonight, they locked the door around 9:30. The Mobile app will let you place an order, but doors are locked. No option to pick up the order.Previous visits i have received cold coffee, warm coffee but never hot coffeeEmployees always seem to be in a party" mood. More concerned with their own environment and not paying attention to customers"

I don’t want to paint them in a negative light, and therefore will not be naming the employee in question. The gentleman that served me not only had a bad attitude, but also didn’t seem to know what he was doing (although he has been there for a while). In addition to that, I get the impression that he doesn’t know how to speak to customers properly.On my recent visit, I ordered and used the Scan and Pay feature in the app. I got my items and started to head towards the parking lot, next thing I know he followed me to my car and accused me of walking out without paying for my order. I was shocked, confused and thought maybe it didn’t scan properly (which happens), so I accompanied him back inside the restaurant and proceed with payment again (through Scan and Pay in the app). He told me it was “declined” which didn’t make sense at all since I had more than enough in my account to cover the amount in the purchase. Anyhow, I thought there could possibly be a glitch in the system and didn’t want to argue plus there was a line forming, so I put it on my credit card. When I got home, I reopened the Tim Horton’s app and noticed the purchase DID go through, and it was also charged to my credit card. Needless to say, I will be calling the credit card company to dispute the charge.

Simply, don't come here, especially when it's busy. You'd think it'd be difficult to mess up a simple coffee order but they somehow did it. My drink order was missing a good amount of coffee (my coffee didn't reach the top of the cup, they filled it up with an inch missing from the top). Avoid this place if possible.

This location has an extremely long drive thru, and I usually avoid it on my way to work. Last week I decided to try it and it was surprisingly quick. The breakfast wrap was made perfectly! I came into today around 11am and the girls were so cheerful and efficient. The lady presenting with the short hair was amazing, asked me if I wanted a straw for my iced coffee and told me to have a wonderful day. Always a great experience when I use this drive thru!

Horrible customer service. The workers have an attitude and they mess up every order to the point I think it’s purposely or they are just completely careless of customer wants and give you what they think you should get. And it doesn’t matter if it’s morning or afternoon i always get the same bad service. I hate when I have to go here, try to avoid it and go to any other location but it’s closest to my work.

Slowest service on the planet, 5 workers will be standing around giggling while 1 works the till alone, and slowly at that. Ordering a coffee and a donut takes 10 minutes with 0 people in line. This location has almost made me miss the train to work multiple times, while they are empty. Homeless people ask for money from you on the way in, or while you stand in line. The Tim Hortons I go to in Toronto serves 5 people a minute, with less staff.

this place is a homeless hangout. i refuse to go here anymore. owners should be disgusted. two or three homeless people always intimidating customers for money. at any given time of day up to 12 of them. just hanging out. when i go here with my kids they actually get scared. avoid this location.
