They lowballed my quote by almost 300$ and then kept me waiting for 2.5 hours after they said it would be done. Dropped vehicle at 9am as requested and got it back at 6:30! The secretary had to give me her car to pick my daughter up from school even after I was very clear that I needed the car by 4:30 latest and they said ok.Owner ‘apologized’ but giving ‘discounts’ that never showed up on final invoice. Tried to get after purchase service but impossible to get them to answer or return phone calls and emails wait for days.Don’t get your hitch installed here. Just look at their ‘showroom’ and that gives you a good idea of their professionalism.I ended up buying a different hitch and reinstalling it myself (which is remarkably easy but the way) so that I wouldn’t have to deal with this business ever again. Such terrible service, horrible communication, half truths or flagrant mistruths, and I suspect the installers didn’t really know how to do the job properly.This is the worst option for hitch installation in North Vancouver.
