Hazmasters Calgary

My company has dealt with Hazmasters a bit and every time we deal with them, its as if they hate us and don't want our business. (We haven't been mean or impatient....We just want to exchange cash for safety equipment!) The girls and ladies there are nasty-rude: I've stood at the counter 10 minutes without being acknowledged, whilst the girls/ladies all laugh and chat together at the desk cluster right behind the counter. Then they will try to pawn off completely different items to you than what you've requested or they won't even bother to order what we've requested. Any transaction will take almost half an hour - even for a pair of safety glasses. (*On a side note we've also dealt with a couple of the salesguys there, who are CONSIDERABLY better to deal with.*) Hazmasters needs more sales people who have customer service skills.

Hazmasters hosted IICRC courses and did a fabulous job. It was a good experience.

Johny and the team there are a great bunch of people to work with. You give them something you've been challenged with, and they will provide you with real results.They are knowledgeable and down to earth!Will continue to use Hazmasters as our main Safety Supplier and Training Provider.

I have been dealing with Jennifer at hazmasters for many years she is skilled and experienced and provides great service to her customers the whole team at hazmasters is great.

Google says company is open until 430 on Friday, looks as though that information is outdated, sitting outside the store @4pm right now. So this has prompted me to leave a google review on my experience with hazemasters.First off the staff are difficult to work with, seem to not care about cash customers as much as account customers.Also rented equipment and was charged a completely different rate than I was quoted, had to go bad and go back and complain about it.I give these guys a 3 stars because although they have shortcomings on service, they have outstanding products at a fair price.

We started dealing with Hazmasters during the pandemic because our company was going to do mask fit testing primarily for medical staff. We purchased KN95 masks and were so pleased with the efficiency of the staff and their protocol in obtaining the masks. Shannon snd Katie were so friendly and helpful and would take time to answer any questions we had!! I will continue to rave about this company and their staff and use them for our needs!!!
