Didn't purchase any of my items. I only took in shoes and handbags. (Mat&Nat, Lug, BCBG, Aldo, Victoria Secret)The store is very nice and clean. I feel like the prices are marked high for second hand clothing. The articles are nice and in good condition. I can buy new clothing for close to these prices.

COLE was horrible and should NOT be dealing with customers. Went to pick up a jacket for the wife. They gave me a jacket with a stain on it. Asked about the stain and if it was in the photo they posted representing the product. He said no and immediately started giving me attitude. Then I looked at advertised photo and wasnt even same brand or size!! Completely wrong! He said we do our best and I'll just give you store credit". I just drove 35 minutes here! I was on speaker with the wife by this time asking her if she knew about the stain. Cole went into the register and said with his dismissive feminine tone

I met one of the most amazing staff last week Friday. I rushed in 3 minutes before the shop closes as I didn't know they closed at 8pm. I needed a pair of trousers for my event the following day. Not only did Cole Bromley allow me into the store , he also assisted me in looking for a pair of trousers. Thank you so much Cole! You really are a valuable employee and I hope your employer realizes that !

I’ve visited a few Style Encores with family and this one was quite nice. As usual the staff were nice, the store was clean, and there was lots to look at. There’s also nice chairs to sit on while waiting for others to try things on. The layout is nice based on where they are in the plaza. The counter where you can bring in your clothes for sale is just inside the door with the shopping area of the store away from that foot traffic.

Spend some time here to find some great second hand scores. I got 3 quality items for under 60$ including a 145$ pair of aritizia pants that were new with tags. Will be visiting again for sure!
