Frontier College is one of the most dedicated organizations I have had the privilege to volunteer for. They serve our local communities by providing a wide-variety of programming focused on improving literacy skills in youth and adults from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. They treat their volunteers with the utmost respect, and allow them the opportunity for growth within the organization. I am proud to have worked with such an amazing organization who truly value and support each and every one of their volunteers, and who go above and beyond every day to meet the needs of the communities they serve.

Racist organization, claims to be helping indigenous people but uses and discards them within their own charitable organization then threatens to use those same charitable funds to fund lawyers and silence anybody who speaks out about the discrimination... The Annual conference had only 2 indigenous people there when their supposedly an organization that is dedicated to helping indigenous people and communities. I wasn't surprised to find out one of them was fired right after they made a great impression and secured millions in donations from funders. Tisk tisk. Do not support this organization. They are Crooks. Any charitable donations end up in the CEO Stephen Faul's pockets.

I worked with Frontier College to organize their summer camps across Alberta. The positive feedback from the counsellors and schools involved showed how the camps impacted not only the students but the community as a whole. It was truly an incredible opportunity visiting some of the camps and experiencing the unbelievable hospitality of the various communities. The work environment is also incredibly welcoming and supportive. I have continued volunteering with Frontier College's Reading Circle and so far, I have nothing but praise for the program. I love the concept of intergenerational learning, with older mentors helping out young learners, and fostering a habit of reading. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to get involved in their community and promote life-long learning to work at Frontier College.

I have volunteered with Frontier College for almost 6 years now. In that time I have had the opportunity to give back to my community through participation in a variety of programs coordinated and funded entirely by Frontier College. All of the Frontier College staff and volunteers have been nothing but passionate about community betterment. I am proud to volunteer for them. That being said、 I personally would wholeheartedly reccomend volunteering or employment with Frontier College. They are supportive、 responsive、and truly benefit the community through their programs and services.
