Rip it Roof it

It was difficult finding a good quality roofing company within my price range and I was skeptical when a friend referred me given how affordable they are but I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality and professionalism. I can’t recommend them enough especially with the 15year warranty. Shoutout to Ram for his hard work on our house.

Recently called RipItRoofIt for a emergency repair. Crazy neighbours cut a tree down between our property with no permit. Right after it landed on my garage destroying the roof in half it started to rain. Needed a urgent repair. Ram and his partner were super fast and very skilled. Came in the middle of the night at first respond. They patched it quick and fully repaired the roof few days later. Very reliable , quick and responsive. Highly recommend.

I am a landscape architect and I am very picky about the contractors I hire to fix my house. My 90 year old house’ soffits were blocked and the attic lacked intake ventilation. I had 6 pros looked at my roof and Ram from Rip It Roof It was the only one crawled to the gaps from my attic’s interior and exterior to reveal the problem. He solved my problems thoroughly and professionally. He did not recommend the easier Band-Aid solutions that others suggested. I had a roofing emergency, a day before a bad storm was forecast , on my chimney & Ram came within the hour and fixed the problem professionally & for a fair price. Time was of the essence & he came through in a pinch!!

I had a piece of vinyl siding come loose and it went from bad to worse quick! I called the first couple companies listed on Google and got sent to voice mail with the promise for call backs within 24hrs.Ram, picked up right away and promised to come by within a few hours to take a look. I sent him a picture and he said he could easily do the repair. By the time he got there, the loose piece of siding had completely broken off! He was able to reattached and secured in no time at no additional cost.While he was here I had him take a look at my roof and give me an estimate. He explained to me what needed to be done and why, then he let me know what could wait, in order to save money. Been working with various contractors for our buildings and more often than not, we are disappointed with their work. However, our experience with Rip it Roof it proved to be the most positive experience we've had with a contractor thus far. One of our buildings has a mid-size balcony that leaked water into the main floor after heavy rain on several occasions. He even gave us a call recently during a heavy storm to ensure that everything was draining correctly and we had no leaks.
