Cost U Less

My hard drive crashed and I didn't have all my data backed up (really negligent on my part). I took my computer to Cost U Less and am beyond happy with the repair, enhancements to the computer, new electronic hard drive and the best customer service ever. Iftikhar spent at least two hours of his valuable time with me after the repair was completed as we were trying to reload Sage 50 accounting . He was so kind and understanding and helped alleviate some of my stress. And competent!!! I highly recommend this business and want to thank you, Iftikhar, for the great job at a reasonable price. Customer service is excellent and quick. I took my Mac to him after a water incident and he opened it up to dry it out right away. Unfortunately, the logic board was fried but he was able to sell me another MacBook of better quality for cheaper than it would have cost to fix my waterlogged one. Shortly after, the battery said replace soon. " The warranty didn't cover the battery but he swapped out the battery with the one from my old computer that I had left with him at no cost anyways. Extremely impressed with this shop."

I took my 5 year old Dell laptop here and he put a new solid state hard drive in and upgraded the ram for a great price and great turn around time. I walked away with a new laptop as the rest of the computer was fine, just slow. To keep things the way they were he cloned the old drive to the new one and all my software worked just as well as before. Couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Cost U Less.

I have been going to Cost U Less for my tech needs for a few years, and have never been let down. I have purchased two laptops (one new, one refurbished), a tablet, and countless odds and ends (flash drives, memory cards, and even an odd connector for an outdated camera system that couldn't be found anywhere else in the city) from here. I have also had any service or security needs taken care of at Cost U Less, with efficient service and totally reasonable pricing. I started going here initially because I was happy to have a computer spot downtown, where I live, but have had such good service here that I easily choose this shop over the big box stores. I have recommended this spot to many people I know, and thought it was about time for me to post a proper review.

Fantastic service. I dropped my Macbook off for a battery change in the afternoon, and it was ready for me to pick up the next morning. Extremely reasonable prices, especially compared to the designated Apple retail stores. It's been about a week and my computer's running great! Would definitely recommend!

At first I had a hard time trying to see this guy but after my last trip--great to support local businesses, especially those you feel you can trust. But since then. I gave him my laptop. He had it for 6 weeks. On week five tells me finally fixed but the battery pack no longer worked. I get home. Get the computer back and the problem is exactly as when I dropped it off. It costs me 110.00. So, yeah I like to support local, always have but sometimes....well ya get the picture.

Bought an used business laptop., worked great for 6 or 7 months then stopped. Went back and was told the motherboard was shot. The owner said he will reduce the price of another which will help but then the price for 2 laptops is higher with no savings

Just got the sweetest deal on a new laptop! He knocked off money and installing a new anti-virus for free. Plus he is taking my old computer and removing my files. It was shot. I bought that one there also. Lasted me a lot of years! So,Got it New for 270 bucks! This guy is the nicest & fairest in prices! Fantastic business, I've brought him two different laptops and he's been exceptional both times. When you bring it he'll tell you when you can expect it back and he'll often call you throughout the process to keep you in the loop. Will only recommend repairs that he feels are necessary and cost effective for you. Is also very friendly and happy to answer any computer questions you may have.
