Return a rake here a couple of days ago with nothing but contempt and condescending remarks from one of the service dames.If you sell junk that breaks it gets returned. The dame tried to compare a fork to a rake.if you try to argue with stupid they will bring you down to their level and kill you with experience.It's funny how another home hardware was ready to refund no questions asked and said they would not sell any more of those rakes. But I guess when you have a bunch of dames working in a hardware store that's the problem. probably never used brake inter lives.

Having spent thousands in home repair since moving to the area, still treated as a local criminal as I walk in. If you can't cover the cost of what's in my bag as a deposit to keep us both honest, then maybe fix that. I do feel bad about people stealing, but, don't ever just blanket people like that. Wish you all the best in your future, it will not include myself.

Tuckey's is our favorite local hardware store. The friendly Wortley Village staff go out of their way to help and we always get warm, personal service that you can't really get at the big box stores. They often have little items that are hard to find elsewhere. Free parking and easy, local access are a bonus.

I bought a baby gate and I found that some of the screws were missing. Stefan , he was the one helping me and he took the time to find the correct pice for it, so patient. Wonderful customer service.
