I ordered a couple of signs and sent them the design. Not only it took so long for them to prepare them but also it seems they know nothing about customer service. They are rude over the phone and they don’t keep their promise (Tony is the guy I interacted with). I paid for this order over 2 weeks ago and I still have not obtained my receipt. I do not recommend them.

THE BEST CUSOMTER SERVICE! Alex and Tony are both incredible at insuring our designs come out looking beautiful and on time, even for last minute requests! They do all of our signs and printing from coroplast to flyers - and we have never been disappointed.

I had an awesome experience at NuTrend for wedding invitations. After a mishap at Staples, my partner and I looked up a local print shop with good reviews. Tony at NuTrend was informative, easy to work with, and made beautiful and high quality invitations. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Tony and the team at NuTrends have been phenomenal. Very responsive, helpful, and courteous. I had placed an order for signs and needed them before the Canada Day long weekend. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to deliver as promised. Highly recommend!

Submitted an order for myself and my team and made sure that I need it in a week for my open house, which they agreed on. It was not ready and also took them a month to do re-facing for my teammate. 3 open house done without signs. Very poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Alex and Tony at NuTrends are great people to work with and offer a phenomenal level of service.The quality of the print materials they offer is great. They are always open to feedback and are happy to make some tweaks to their designs and I love that they are always there to help. I have been using their services for years and have never had any issues.They run a solid business and maybe more importantly, they are genuinely good people who I enjoy doing business with.

We received quotes from a few different printers and ultimately decided to go with NuTrends. Not only did they have the best pricing but they also had the best customer service! Fast replies and fast turnaround too. They even helped us in a jam when we asked if we could expedite our completion timeline. Thank you NuTrends!

Tony and the production team at NuTrends are outstanding! I needed a rush job, but didn't realize that it was election season and the production team was already working tirelessly to meet the demand. So I completely understood that it wouldn't be possible to make my sign overnight. That was until I spoke with Tony, within 2 minutes he figured out a way to get my sign made. Tony has the best energy, he was so amiable and eager to help me. You can hear the kindness in his voice. I am so grateful to the production team for working overtime to make our society run smoothly. We will only be working with NuTrends Signs & Printing moving forward, as I know we will need many more in the future.

Extremely unprofessional.We placed an order for our team, and they over-charged every team member.When we asked for our receipt, Tony refused to send us a receipt (still haven’t received it).The quality of their work was extremely poor, and the colours did not match the original image. They didn’t offer to fix it either.We ended up placing an order with another company, and did not use the signs NuTrends made for us.Would NOT Recommend, even if they were the only option ! Would rather hand-draw my own real estate signs than to use their services.If you are dealing with Tony, RUN AWAY!!
