Has anyone gotten a response from whoever is taking care of Roberts messages. I ordered bunkbeds for my granddaughters who are 2 and 4. They keep asking me where their beds are. How do you tell children that age we dont know. As retired seniors we saved for a long time to afford these and now we are getting no response. This is NOT acceptable. If anyone has heard from Roberts estate can you please post on here so the rest of us can either get what we ordered or our money back. Thanks

Same situation as everyone else on here... paid $500 deposit for a bunk bed in JULY. I really need my money back! We have a baby on the way very soon and not having a bed for my older kids to move into to free up the nursery is a real problem!

To whomever is receiving emails at Mr. Bunkbed, please reach out to me. I am waiting answers about my order. Has it been processed? Did Robert actually order our beds and mattresses? Are orders still being delivered? Do you need a driver to make deliveries happen? Is there refunds being issued? It is difficult not knowing what is going on! Please reach out to give an update, a contact name or if we are at a loss for money and merchandise. Thank you.

Put down a deposit and never received the bed and now I can't get a hold of anyone by phone, text or email. Someone did contact me via email 2+ weeks ago, asking for a copy of my receipt for the deposit, which I sent, and now I haven't heard back. I really hope the right thing is done here and people's money is returned. Families with young children are out a LOT of money!

We paid Robert in full for set of bunk beds at the end of August. Have not had contact since Sept 18th. Someone keeps responding to these reviews to email them and that is the end of it. Where is our product or refund. What is going on with this business. Address that is linked to google comes up in the K-W airport parking lot. We deserve answers.

Experiencing the same issues as others. Deposit of $500 in May, expected delivery by end of June. It made sense that things were pushed back a little bit, but continued to get same story until August when all communication (email or phone) stopped. This is unacceptable and I need to start process of a refund asap.Edit to add: I have emailed the address as indicated in your response. To be determined if I will receive a reply.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the bed for my child on July 13th 2020 (my birthday). Still have not received a bed and todays date is October 21st 2020. Owner hardly answers his line, the voicemail is full and my $500.00 deposit is in the wind. He gave me a guarantee multiple times. I explained the necessity of the bed; my child out grew their bassinet in July and I needed one asap. He first guaranteed by the first week of august which I was okay with waiting 2 weeks. Didn't receive it. Then guaranteed by the end of August. Didn't receive it. The only explanation I received was Covid-19 on a call he rushed to get off of saying he's going in the warehouse the next day and he'd call and let me know. Never did (3 times). Called again and The the shipment was apparently here and it would be delivered before September 30th. Didn't receive it. Today is October 21st.I paid to receive a bed by a specific date. A 2 week interruption wouldn't have been such a problem or at least better communication throughout this ordeal but this is now 3 months with no information and it's no longer worth it. I've been forced to buy another bed I didn't even want due to this. The worst service I have received in a long time. Covid-19 or not.

I’m giving 4 stars because of how quickly the process and delivery was. I purchased the riviera bunk bed and Putting this bed together has been a nightmare.it took me 3 days to figure everything out, Most of the screws are to big so there’s screws sticking out everywhere and I’ve just opened the extra slats which came with smaller screws that fit perfectly. Which means I probably got the wrong hardware with the bunk bed.???UPDATE!-I have spoke with Robert and he has given me some advice with the screws I’m going to try his advice and hope everything goes smooth!Now that the bed is all together I’m very happy with the way it looks!
