You guys are so great at what you do! My temporary rental had carpet that has clearly been stained for years; most likely pet related. Made my carpets looking fresh and new again. I was actually gonna throw it out but gave these guys a chance including my upholstery. They cleaned dirt out and i noticed the color changed to new looking again. Thanks I never imagined it could make a difference!

Unreliable and unprofessional. I feel like the proprietor doesn't really even want to be in business.I called Kevin and he offered to clean my area rugs. He collected my information and we set an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Then on Thursday he asked if we could reschedule for Friday and I agreed. Then on Friday, I got a call from a subcontractor who said Kevin had asked them to pickup the rugs (but the subcontractor told me that the price was double what Kevin quoted). I called Kevin and he said that was due to a misunderstanding and that he was on the way. Again, he asked me my apartment number and what floor I was on. This time he asked if my building had an elevator (I said it didn't). By now he was already late and then after a half hour he called me to tell me that he couldn't make our appointment because he is unable to carry his equipment to the third floor and doesn't have an assistant. He referred me to an alternative company, but the company he referred me to did not seem very professional so I chose not to work with them.In summary, I was very displeased with the experience and it ended up being a total waste of time.
