The longest waiting time until the nurse's visit and then a longer wait that finally, when I asked that I had been waiting for 3 hours, I have to wait 3 more hours for the doctor's visit, and finally by saying that some of our staff did not come today, you decide to deal with your discomfort. and go And in front of my eyes, the nurse took an acquaintance and did all her work while I was waiting, but I didn't even manage to see the doctor. It is really a pity for the medical system.

I attended the clinic twice in the last few days . On both occasions the staff were professional and efficient taking care of my needs . I am extremely hard of hearing and they were very careful to make sure I understood what was being said. They do an amazing job under very difficult circumstances . Thank you to all.

This is the model for health care facilities. I went to the clinic after my son rolled his ankle and it wasn’t improving over a couple days. Front desk was very friendly and helpful when I called on wait time (answered the phone when I called! - not an robo-voice indicting leave a message and call back in 4 weeks). My son was assessed by a GP and NP and sent to X-ray. It might be busier at other times but the entire process (assessment, x-rays, results) was completed in an hour. Very professional, clean and convenient considering x-ray is in the same office.

Got there at 8:40am, checked in at 9am there were only 4 people before me. It's 3pm right now and I'm still waiting to see a doctor. Everyone who got there after me was able to see a doctor. I'm still waiting. That's 6 hours so far. I will probably update with a different review with the time I got my turn.

Amazing urgent care staff, doctors and service. Unfortunately I get injured a lot and ill often. So I have to visit there more than I’d like. They have always been attentive, kind and professional. Do not have to wait as long as if I had gone to ER. Seeing a GP can take weeks. When I’m seriously injured or ill I go to North Shore Urgent Care.Visiting urgent care is not like visiting a GPs office. Example: the same as an ER they will have an urgent care doctor see a patient in order of priority other than time of arrival. Therefore, some patients will have to wait longer than urgent patients.Only negative experiences was when I arrived on a Friday at 5:00 hoping to see a doctor. They were open until9:00. However , I was not able to be seen as they were booked for the day. Unfortunately they only had one doctor working that day. Not their fault. I went back the following morning. Now I always call ahead to ask if a doctor will be available.Thank you North Shore Urgent Care

Came first thing in the morning for treatment, 8:00 am, first in line, three people behind me:- 3 minutes to register- 2 minutes to wait- 2 minutes for vitals- 15 minutes to wait for Nurse Practitioner- 15 minutes to wait for X-Ray- 15 minutes to wait for results- 20 minutes for bandages and treatmentFinished 9:20 am.Nurse Practitioner Sabrina was excellent, she knew her stuff, took time to explain things nicely, and didn’t rush, Very personable! The facility is to treat people who need more than what a normal clinic offers, but is not a critical emergency. X-Rays can be done on site.We need more of such facilities to off load the Emergency centres.Fine job, keep it up!

Had a very positive experience in this clinic. The staff were extremely sweet and attentive. Dr Colin Tan was outstanding. He was so sweet, sympathetic, chatty and genuinely caring. He made sure to go through everything with me throughly and made sure I 100% understood what he was telling me. I left the clinic at 7pm initially on a 2 week wait list for a referral. he went out of his way to call me at 10.30pm to update me on the referral to get me seen to under a shorter timeframe. I would definitely recommend going here. Very happy I met him today and it completely outweighs the frustration from the wait time.

In March I went to this clinic. I arrived at 8:30 am, it was saturday. I could not sleep the previous night. Before I came to the clinic, I called 811 and they suggested me to see a doctor. When I arrived that day to the clinic there were only 15 people in the waiting room. Around 10:00 am all the people that was before me left because they got lucky to see a doctor. In my case I was the last person that I saw a doctor. When I finally saw the doctor, I cried because I was frustrated, in pain and tired. I wish the nurse should have been honest with me when I passed the trigiage and told me that I will be the last person to see a doctor. Thanks.

This is the only place in North Van you can walk in. You just need to go before 9am to avoid long line up. I went there around 8:30am (11th in line) and got to see the doctor around 12pm. Free Wifi helps for a long wait.

They do their best with the staff they have. Don't expect to pop in and out, Go early and expect 2-6 hours They are working hard and wait is dependent on medical urgency. Go to other walk in clinics if not urgent. This will quicken the q for urgent patients.
