I love the vibe here: an intimate & relaxed atmosphere. Cute lighting fixtures and interior decor - urban and modern.*Must try* The waffle with banana, pecans, and hazelnut. Beautiful presentation, and it's massive!The staff are so warm and friendly. I'm definitely looking forward to another visit.

I had a wonderful experience at this Caramel Cafe location with my girlfriend earlier this evening. The cafe itself was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The food was AMAZING as well! I strongly recommend The Classic with waffles, as it truly was delicious. Their hot chocolate deluxe is a must try, as it does not disappoint. What I also love about this place was how you can tell the staff take their desert preparation very seriously as our waffle this evening not only tasted delicious but it LOOKED delicious as well! I strongly recommend going to this Caramel Cafe location in Bolton, since the staff are very kind and as mentioned, the dessert looks and IS delicious! (It is especially a nice place to take your date as well:))

My family loves this place. It is always clean, quiet and comfy. They have a good selection of Belgian waffle and crepes, milk shakes, ice cream, all kind of tea and coffee. Their waffle and crepes are really good. Their service is excellent. We always got fast what we ordered with our own wishes and even more.

We came in from Montréal for a wedding and happened to stop here when craving something sweet. We absolutely loved the food (we had a combo of crepes, the chocolate overdose waffle, Turkish coffee and afagato and it was all super good). But the best part was definitely the service. Thank you so much to the staff for giving us the extra Nutella and extra whipped cream. You definitely made the experience even better just by being so nice!Photo is of the chocolate overdose waffle with some extra vanilla ice cream on the side. (I recommend ordering it with vanilla instead of chocolate ice cream depending on your preference.)

The caramel cafe is my favourite place to go to get dessert. The service from the waitress’ and the chef are phenomenal. Every time I go to their restaurant I am always greeted with a smile and attended immediately. I LOVE their crepes and there is just nothing else like it. If your looking for a great dessert place this is the one!!!!

Food was fantastic, service was splendid, prices are fair. Busy night in the cafe with limited staff but they did an incredible job! Will come back :)

Great atmosphere with great food. The waffles are always fantastic. The mango tango is definitely my favourite! I love visiting and it’s a great place to hang out with friends :)

This was my first time in Bolton and my friend wanted to go to Caramel Cafe based on the good reviews! We had the nachos and the apple crumble crepe and everything was so good!! It wasn’t super busy on a Thursday night and we got to enjoy the warm weather on their patio.
