Coast Dental Centre

Just went for the first teeth cleaning today and had an amazing experience. Nice place, clean atmosphere, everyone is very friendly (from the receptionists to the hygienist to the dentist) and they made me feel welcome. Special thumbs up for hygienist Cerina, an excellent professional. She explained every procedure and is amazing at making the patients feel at ease. Couldn't recommend this place more! I'm definitely coming back.

Been coming here ever since they first open. Although, the service is still excellent and the staff are excellent, ever since the pandemic they stopped doing direct billing. Not sure why when other offices can easily do it.

I really love the hygienist that I visit for my teeth cleaning every 2 months. We have a great rapport and she is very good at what she does and I'm always happy to see her. Thank you for hiring her she is a great representative for your dental center.

The staff at Coastal Dental Centre are very friendly and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda who did an incredible job! I will definitely be coming back for future cleaning and other dental work. Thanks for the amazing service. Keep up the great work!

I will never be returning to this dentist! I called them about my tooth which needed a root canal badly.. I was in so much pain that I had not ate in 2 days and they made me wait 5 days for the appointment from when I first called. I get there knowing I need antibiotics and pain medicine to help me threw it. Doctor Rene not only did not prescribe me anything but refers me to a specialist which is 3x the price , I call the specialist and I would of had to wait another week to get the root canal so I walked right back into the dentist office and told them to just rip my tooth out right now and that’s when they told me they wouldn’t be able to do it for another 4 days. So I left , the next morning I called my girlfriends dentist at 7:00 am , had an appointment for 10:30am that day and the root canal was done by noon.. and not only did the dentist prescribe me antibiotics and pain medicine he said that Dr. Rene should not of let me leave empty handed in the state I was in. He’s completely incompetent and I do not recommend him to anyone

I've been a patient at Coast Dental since 2016. I have nothing but a 5 star review for this clinic. Friendly staff all round, clean atmosphere, amazing Hygienist (Cerina) and the best Dentists in town (Dr Rene and Dr Lin).

Having recently gotten dental insurance after many years without, I have spent a lot of time at Coastal Dental Centre in the past 6 months.The front desk staff are always friendly and professional. They manage to greet everyone coming through the doors while doing the million other parts of their jobs.I have seen 2 dental hygienists here. Both of them were fantastic. They were both patient and understanding about my nervousness in returning to any dental office after some less than stellar experiences in the past. They both explain exactly what they're doing every time.I also spent a lot of time in Dr Lin's chair getting some long neglecting cavities filled. Both her and her assistant have been amazing. I am so happy with the results I've seen since I started coming here.I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone. I didn't see anyone about my teeth for many years due to the aforementioned bad experiences, but I look forward to seeing the dentist/dental hygienist now.

Great first visit! The front desk staff were very professional, and Cerina, my dental hygienist, was very thorough and attentive, always taking the time to explain what she was doing and why. I can easily recommend Coast Dental to anyone looking for a new dental office.

I started going to Coast Dental at Champlain Square a little over 10 years ago because it was close to home and convenient. I think they changed hands a little while ago and I think it's for the better! On my last visit, I had a longer checkup than usual, but it was probably the most enjoyable dentist visit I've had. All the staff were friendly, from the front office staff to the hygienists, to Dr. Lin. The dental hygienist, Cerina, was gentle in my mouth and was great at explaining what she was doing. I have some sensitive teeth and I would hate going to the dentist because of it, but she was always checking in to make sure I was okay. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. I was thinking of switching dentists a couple of years ago, but now I'm definitely staying!

Staff are all accommodating and helpful but I commend Michelle for being extra nice, patient and detailed. Front desk are all nice and was able to help me figure out my insurance. Michelle the hygienist is very detailed and thorough. Only had a brief interaction with dr. René but he was nice and helpful too.
