If I am able to give this place 0 stars I would. Came in at 11:30 with a party for 12. Didn’t even receive any food until 1am. Terrible service all around. I had to get up myself to go to the back to get utensils and plates. Owner seems to be too drunk to manage a business properly. Beware before choosing this place. Will never come back here again.

Hands down one of my favourite lounges in GTA. Chill vibes, great food, amazing staff (Nipu was very helpful!) and epic flavours.

This is the best place for shisha in GTA. Owners are so good. Service is upto the mark. Love visiting the place often. Shisha service is best and ice pipe is too good. I like the humas, masala fries and lemonade.

As an arab, I picked this place to chill for the shisha. I was met with terrible service and an even worse shisha. The owner and staff do not care about the customer experience at all. Shisha was TERRIBLE, they had to 'fix' it 3 times and then we asked for it to get taken away because it wasn't working still. They took the shisha away and later refused to take it off the bill without our knowledge. They refused to even let us speak to their manager (likely because he knew we had valid concerns). Terrible experience, do NOT ever visit. There’s a billion hookah bars out there, not just with better shisha quality but also with more respectful management and care for the customer experience.

We arrived at place around around 11:15 with a group of my friends. The customer service was terrible. The food didn't arrive until 1:20. I took a bite of my dinner, respectfully I was unable to eat it since it was so bad. Even our beverages were only provided to us after 50 minutes of sitting there, which was just appalling service. This is not a location I would suggest at all! Owner's speech was slurred due to alcohol consumption. The owner was not friendly at all, I felt unsafe. It is obvious that this business does not care about its customers. Save both time and money! Around the Greater Toronto Area, there are a lot more welcoming shisha places.

Went here for my friends bday, was a good vibe Ice hose shisha was great. A bit slow but they’re busy so it makes sense. Would recommend this place.

Even one star feels like a stretch to give this place. Terrible service, terrible shisha. Owner is stingy and does not care about the customer experience. They have improvised on their lighting, This new dark theme with Blue lighting gives you a relaxing sensation, Great music, New items on the menu & sheesha flavours are good … overall, its a value for money !

This was my first time but definitely the last time. Ordered two sheeshas and a hummus and it was literally a spoon of packaged hummus, spread with a butter knife on a flat plate lol. Sheesha was very average.

Complete scam. Avoid at all cost. We went there for New Year’s Eve 2023. Spoke to the owner 3 times before booking for 10 people. He said it’s booked and only has space for 8/10 people. The owner said there will be DJ, belly dancing and good music. So we confirmed. When we went there no belly dancing, no DJ & only you tube songs.Altogether 20 people including 8 of us.Did not even had the decency to say few apologetic words. I am from Pakistan too and am ashamed that it’s people like this who gives us a bad repute.
