The entire team was top shelf today for my little boy’s appointment. He is profoundly disabled and dental visits are always a significant challenge. Thanks to the team and, please, do not ever discount the impact you have on your patients and their parents by being first class. Not always easy. Thanks.

Not impressed at all. They say they know how to work with kids and with people who are autistic. But that us not the case. My daughter has severe ptsd from them and won't let anyone near her now if they are wearing scrubs.

All of the staff at Heritage Dental are absolutely amazing. We chose Heritage based on online recommendations from a local Q&A page, when I asked for opinions on local dentists/hygienists that were great with kids who were already apprehensive of the process before ever having been to see a dentist! I could not be happier with our decision as all the staff always go out of their way to make sure my children have a reassuring experience and enable them to care for their own teeth in a responsible way! LOVE LOVE LOVE Heritage Dental!

The team that works downstairs are absolutely amazing! They were fantastic with my son, explaining each step which eased his anxiety. The anesthesiologist and dentist were so personable and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this dentist office. My daughter saw 4 dentist in the last 2 days, none would help her but this office. Thank you for your care and compassion. My daughter can now be pain free and back to work. Thank you Rita, for your genuine care on the phone with me.

Amazing staff and dentists, they truly care about patients and make an effort to check in and follow-up. When I started attending heritage I had a lot of fear attending the dentist, but coming here has changed that. Would recommend them to anyone!

Last Thursday i had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and i am so happy with the results of the removal of all four wisdom teeth, i was very nervous but Dr Matsoff and the nurses made me feel so comfortable that when the surgery was over they told me that i was a very good patient.... I just wanna thank Dr Matsoff, the nurses and all the staff at Heritage Dental Centre for making me feel more comfortable and less nervous, thank you so much

We love heritage dental! The staff are all absolutely amazing! My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist!! Two awesome plus sides are sleep dentistry option right in their building and also all the great stuff they have for kids to do while they wait for their appointment! Especially having young kids who hate to wait, they never complain when we are there!

I came to the office as an emergency pt and got treatment from Dr haque. It was a pain-free and wonderful experience . Her assistant Lisa is very helpful as well. Because of Dr Haque we moved office from etoicoke.

Very rude office staff .I was going there for 5-6 years ... very expensive and Greedy business practices..apt change will cost you $200 ..even if you are sick
