Gus can do good work but heaven help you if you need to reach him to discuss anything or need service.

Regency Custom Cabinetry
Gus designed, built and installed our cabinetry but we will not recommend and will not use again, solely base on the absolute absence of any communication. Gus does not pick up the phone, return voicemails and emails. It is impossible to get a hold of him or anybody that can address our concerns.

Regency Custom Cabinetry
Missing two inserts on my operatory cabinets. Been trying to get them since Oct 04 2022. Nobody answers business phone number and it goes to a voicemail that has not been activated. Called and emailed Gus but never received a reply since he said he would come next week to install them back in October. Wondering if Gus went out of business?Update: Feb 02, 2023 still missing the inserts. No answer on the phone, gave up trying to get the missing parts.
