Elizabeth Gardens Apartments

Not a single complaint, this place is amazing. Amlesh got us into the perfect suite for our family, couldn't ask for better. Moved here from Windsor, Ontario in January and I couldn't stop smiling as I took in our new home, love it! Shout out to all the staff who make this place great with their hard work! Clean building, quick response from maintenance (thanks Damien) , nice tenants, sweet neighborhood, all around great.

Amlesh, the manager has been very helpful and good to me and my family. She gave us the best apartment unit. Looks like a hotel. We love it and we are grateful. The manager, Amlesh’s customer service is very professional and unique. She has been really sweet to my family and I. I will always recommend realstar as the best. Thank you Amlesh and realstar.

I and my brother have been living here for almost a month now and we unfortunate had a fire incident caused by us but the management went above and beyond to follow up with our insurance company to make sure our suit was exactly the same before the fire.During the renovation of our suit the painters mistakenly damage our TV and the management made urgent follow up and the painters promised to bring a brand new TV the next day. The management live on site, so they are always there when you need them and very quick to attend to your concerns, above all very friendly . We are very pleased to be living in such a friendly, clean and quite environment. I will recommend Elizabeth Gardens Apartment everyday to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will again thank the Management team ( Rakesh, Amlesh and John) for all the great work you do to make our stay here remarkable. Thank you.

Horrible experience. The site manager is a nightmare. Get on her bad side and she will go out of her way to make you feel unwelcome. Staff has zero compassion , I don't even know how this employee still has a job

Disappointed I referred a family who ( Will now be living in a hotel ) to Elizabeth Garden because of its good reputation in helping tenants working with people to find a great place to live … or so I thought … . This family is a mother and two daughters with mother who was involved in some domestic situation and in the middle of a separation that did not end well. They were told about the situation and where refused because of their credit . They have money to rent and was even willing to pay double security deposit …. Still refused … it’s sad to think that someone can get turned away like that with out helping a great family like that .. So if you are planning to rent with bad credit don’t bother they apparently don’t help people . I will not be referring anyone else .

Amlesh was the one who took me through a virtual tour and a tour in person she was incredibly helpful and patient she sent all the documents needed in a timely manner and took the time to follow up with me she is a stellar manager, I really appreciate her help

Beautiful apartments indeed but the property management lady does not deserve to represent this company. I had been called by her this morning you dirty people" after she was upset that I was walking through. She was lucky I was going to work and had no time to deal with. This is unacceptable and does not represent Canada and not certainly not your company I assumed. Please let me know if this believe is represented by your company. I have the opportunity to ran to the maintenance person and told him this. Unfortunately he is one of the dirty people she mentioned.Very sad to have someone from East Indian talking like this in Canada at this time of age. She should have left her judgements there. Someone like her will damage your company. I hope she does not act like this to anyone else. I know many people from her community and they are warm and welcoming. She should personally attack me not a whole group of people who happened many of them to live in those complexes. I will make sure they are aware of her racist outspoken believes."

My husband Bob and I have recently moved into Elizabeth Gardens. Amlesh and John have been very helpful and accommodating during our move in. They both are very friendly and welcoming. We already feel very much at home and hope to be here for many years to come. The building and grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. We are very happy with our suite and absolutely love it here.

Ordinary has never been a word to express our feelings and praise for Elizabeth Gardens Apartments, Edmonton. We stayed there for more than 2 years and have always had a home-like feeling here. The environment, the team and management are indeed wonderful, and the services are remarkable. It can easily be compared with any high-class, luxurious and comfy apartments building in the province.Personality attains perfection in a proportion to sublimity of performance. This is true in case of the resident managers of these apartments. Mrs. Amlesh Kumar and her husband have relevant qualities, experience and people management skills. They are simply amazing team, and their performance is commendable and creditable. They are undoubtedly honest and dedicated with all traits of leadership skills. They are qualified and dexterous team and are always available to serve. In addition, they have cordial relations with all families staying there. We never had any management problem during stay.There are numerous facilities in Elizabeth Gardens Apartments. We have never had any issue with, cooling, heating, water supplies or anything. All the indoor and outdoor facilities were great. Celebration of all multicultural festivals like Christmas, Halloween, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and all national occasions were indeed well arranged. In the times of COVID-19, all necessary arrangements were made for ease and wellbeing of tenants as advised by the government. We never had any problem with this place. I would highly recommend this place and would love to live again when I am back to Edmonton. God Bless!

We were residents for 7 years and circumstances caused us to have to move on. Amlesh, the manager, always treated us like family. The foyer and lobby is very impressive and welcoming. The suites are set up nicely and have a warm, inviting, homey feel. If we get a chance we will definitely return and I would recommend to everyone.
