Very thankful to have my boys be patients of this clinic. Dr. Tanya has been extraordinary with my sick complicated boy, always completes a great assessment and makes a worried dog mom feel very comfortable that he is getting the best care. My boy has seen many vets in this clinic and have always had great experiences. Highly recommend!

The best vet in town, I love Betty Knight! She met with us right away after hours when our cat had an emergency, they also let us do payments because we couldn't afford it all at once. Thank you rapids team!

They booked my cat for a booster shot and it ended up costing almost as much as her original 4 shots and exam that was only one month prior. They said they did another exam which was never mentioned until it came time to pay. This was NOT mentioned at the previous appointment (I would not go out of my way to write this if it was) all that was said was she will need a booster shot in 4 weeks. There was never any upfront mention in regards to costs and pricing, you find that out when you pay at this business. Therefore I do not recommend this practice for not being upfront about costs.

I was so impressed with how quick and easy a first time appointment was. Everyone was compassionate. Molly went above and beyond for us. Happy to have found such caring people.

Called to have our dog fixed. Was immediately told they only work on their own" patients. So we'd have to switch offices

They will only take on new clients if your animal is healthy. My pet is in pain and needs help but shes 16 so I guess she doesn't matter to these ppl. How inhumane to allow someones furry family member suffer. How would they feel if a doctor said that about their aging or ailing parents? You're supposed to be doctors FOR animals..to help them. Is that not the goal of a vet? It's cruel to just let them suffer because of age or ailment. A sick animal needs you guys even more than the rest. You would have been paid for every service. This sickens me. No excuse you give will make any sense out of this as I see on other reviews you make many of them.

I have been with this veterinary since I moved here 6 years ago. They took care of my two dogs, and when both sadly passed away I received cards with their paw prints, and signatures with condolences from the whole office. You have no idea how much that meant! I now have a puppy and love the time they spent explaining everything and making sure I was given the upmost care. They also do a courtesy call to make sure your pet was feeling OK after their visit especially if they've had shots.

In early February of 2023, seemingly overnight, my 8 year old Doodle seemed really unwell - I thought she looked thinner and she was whining and shaking uncontrollably.I called the Rapids and Dr. Betty saw her same day. She was 20 lbs. lighter than her normal weight. had some muscle wasting and was lethargic and weak. Dr. B prescribed some meds and said to keep an eye on her.And then, she got worse…. I called at the end of a Thursday and Dr. Geoff, Molly and Amelia greeted me and ran more X-rays, ultrasound and physical tests. She was not well and I could tell the staff was also worried about her deterioration.We saw Dr. Tanya on Saturday for another steroid injection. I hadn’t met her before and she was just wonderful.The Rapids Team called me everyday - we had three more exams and finally we got Harper back on track. She only needs 5 more lbs to get back to her perfect weight!This past year has been difficult for my family and the thought of losing Harper was simply more than I thought I could bear.I am so thankful for the kind, compassionate care we received. I cannot recommend them highly enough.M&H❤️

Terrible customer service with the receptionist named Lisa! Zero empathy, no care and lack of communication skills.
