I have been coming to this location for the last year and its been great. I have gone on a few trips since retiring and I plan to go on many more in the coming months. This location always has what I need and if they don’t they can simply order in which for me personally only took 3 days! As a bonus Mondays is seniors day so you can take advantage of that. Its also great to know the staff actually remember you so its nice to know they care.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Ask you lots of unnecessary and condescending questions and at the end offer to pay you cheque instead of cash. They make up they own rules and act as if it is the law! Such a waste of time! Poor service. Rates are even lower than banks. Avoid this place!

I’ve been to this location many times with positive experiences. Chanté has helped me with multiple transactions and she is kind and courteous each time. I won’t trust anyone else with my exchanges.

They have the worst exchange rate in town. On their website they show you high rate and give you the lowest in person. I drove all the way for the best exchange rate but I got scammed. Learn from me.

Came over the weekend on sunday and was served by Daniel. They had a bit of a lineup that did move quickly but he was quick to apologize for the wait and even waived my fee!! Got my USD cash at a much better rate than my bank and had a choice of all denominations. Paid by debit, in and out in under 5!!

Rude employees, unnecessary questions for a withdrawal. Entitled lady with lots of piercings, has an attitude problem.The rates are decent but might not be worth the hassle of questions and attitude.

Had a great experience at this location! I needed to get some Argentine Peso, Uruguayan Peso, and Brazilian Real, and Rory was able to get it for me no problem. I'd tried using different exchange places but no one else was able to get it for me. I highly recommend going here!
