Review is for online support, called and asked reg a z flip 4 inner display repair and was told they wouldn't do it (which i can understand), and to get it done by their partners it would be more than $1000, which is more than what was paid for the phone itself (was bought for $999 from Samsung directly).

I called these guys for a quote on the replacement of a power jack harness on my Dell laptop. I was quoted $200. I looked online and found the harness myself for a price range of $8-27. Then watched a YouTube video on how to do it. It took 15 min. So they wanted to charge me $200 and take 2 weeks to fix it, when it cost me $13 and 15 minutes. Shame on you.

Excellent service. They were able to remove a broken aux cable from my phones audio port in minutes. The person working was very friendly. Great price as well! I will definitely be back if I have any other issues! What a relief :)

Come in for a broken screen protector and leave with a broken power button. I always had a protective case on it, then only time I took it off to get fixed there, and it comes out broken. Also the customer support in the store was terrible. Update: how do I pm you Deorick?

Had a really damaged screen on an iPad 5. Stopped in and got a free estimate. Price was more than fair so I left the device with them. Less then 24 hours later they called me to tell me the device repair was finished. Price I paid was exactly as quoted. Picked it up and it works like new. Great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be back for any device repair needs and recommend to everyone.

As others have said, don't give them your expensive phone. First they forgot to plug the screen properly on my phone, then they damage the camera on my phone. Now they want me to pay for the shipping which was included in the original price. All I wanted was to get the battery changed. I have already filled a complaint to the consumer broad. I will also be contacting Google about how bad there authorized service is.
