The atmosphere is very friendly and they are very willing to help you with your flower selection and your occasion. The prices are reasonable. We have had no problems with sending flowers out of state. They get them when promised. Highly recommend them.

After having a less-than-stellar interaction with a temporary employee while placing an order, the owner called me personally and apologized that I had not received their standard level of excellent customer service. I was touched that he would take the time to contact me and assure me that the situation had been handled. That says SO much about their business and the level of dedication they have to their customers. Not only do they have beautiful plants and flowers, but they have the integrity and decency to make things right. Thank you Mr. Noyes, your call was sincerely appreciated!
