Avoid using their services entirely. To speak to someone about my order, I had to dial three numbers. They act in a very unprofessional manner. I asked them to pick up and drop off a comforter. They didn't even guarantee that I would have it back on the day they told me; it has now taken them more than a week to deliver it back to me. They are not at all professional, so don't even spend your time using them. I will never use them again. To find your dry cleaning, you have to figuratively chase them.

This is the best one I have ever been to, the service is excellent, the owner is very friendly, she did a perfect job of altering my fur coat , I highly recommend this location.

I honestly never leave reviews, but I just had to leave one for this particular Browns. The owner is SUCH a nice guy - very friendly and knowledgeable.When I went in to drop off my dress a few days ago, I was wearing a scarf as a face mask. Today, I went to pick up my altered dress (which was done perfectly!), he'd made me a face mask as a gift!! I was super impressed at his thoughtfulness - this Browns has a customer for life :)It's also worth mentioning that the price are very reasonable and alterations are done promptly.

I went there about 5 times for alterations and clothing repair that was hopeless. They fixed everything like new, and in a timely manner. The owner and employee I dealt with were so damn nice!

The seamstress is very nice and professional, she can do any challenge job.I had a heavy beaded wedding gown need to be altered recently, she took only one week to get it done。the work is perfect.

I've been going to this location for years. The service is always excellent. The owner goes extra ways to provide the best service. Always on time and the price is very reasonable. I'll use them as long as I need dry cleaning and alterations.

If I could give more than five stars I would I went in to get my zipper fixed and the rip in my pocket in my winter jacket and he took it right away and he started working on it right away and he didn't charge much for it he's the best tailor I know
