I’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the staff and team at SMRC. The front end staff are always kind and welcoming to clients. Carla has worked at the clinic for years, remembers everyone, and takes pride in greeting everyone like they are family. Rachel is a dynamo and so very friendly. This woman is always upbeat and she gets things accomplished. Trisha takes pride in taking the time to connect with everyone who passes through the clinic door. There is always a lot of fun and laughter while the staff go through their daily routine. Karen, the office manager, is a constant, calm guiding force, that keeps the office running smoothly on a day to day basis. I believe all of the chiropractors, physiotherapists, exercise therapists, and psychologists work their very hardest to go above and beyond what is expected of them professionally. This clinic has a sincere interest in helping people achieve their personal health goals. If you choose SMRC as part of your health care team, you will receive fantastic care from the moment you walk through the door!

This is a fantastic place! The staff at the front desk are amazing. They are friendly, courteous and always do their utmost to accommodate you. I see Dr. Prichard for chiropractic treatments and she is exceptional. I have also had physical therapy here and had an excellent experience.
