Very unprofessional staff in the pharmacy. Not the first time. I was picking up an epileptic medicine for my friend. The pharmacist was not able to locate the prescription for pick up placed a day before on the phone. Apparently, somebody had canceled it because the patient did not have any drug insurance!!! After telling the pharmacist that I will pay for the prescription ( as it had been done previously many times before), he got very surprised. No words of apology for inconvenience, whatsoever. I would have to come back the next day to pick it up.

I spoke to the Manager about the rude behaviour from someone in the pharmacy and he apologized and said he would speak to her. Mr Patel and his partner have always treated me well so I will keep getting my prescriptions herevv

I have been going here for over a decade for my prescriptions, and while the service from the pharmacy used to be great, the same cannot be said for my more recent experiences. There is one women in particular who works in the pharmacy and who appears to just cash people out that is extremely rude and unfriendly. I have interacted with her on multiple occasions when picking up my prescription and her unpleasant attitude remains consistent; she seems annoyed when people interact with her or that she has to actually do her job. I have never once thought about switching pharmacies until now, and from reading other reviews it seems that i am not the only one who has a bad experience interacting with this one individual. Another recent frustration is the wait time for a refill when calling in a prescription. I am not sure if this in my own ignorance or simply a new operating standard, but i never remember having to wait 4+ hours for a prescription thats called in, especially in the morning. I certainly understand an hour or two, but when a prescription is time sensitive its frustrating having to wait upwards of 5 hours to get it filled.

My doctor faxed a prescription to this location and when I called to confirm they had my correct billing info/that I could pick it up the next day the tech was extremely rude to me, insisted they never received the prescription and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a different employee who confirmed the prescription was there and that I could come in the next day. When I picked it up I asked to speak with a pharmacist as I am pregnant and had questions about the medication. The pharmacist was rushing me through my questions and made me feel blown off. Considering it was a new prescription I anticipated some kind of information to be provided to me, even a booklet that I could read myself but nothing was provided. I’ve never received such terrible customer service before and I will never fill anymore prescriptions there again.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I have only ever had good experiences at this Rexall, both with the pharmacist(s) and the larger store.Location is convenient, ample parking space and very helpful and welcoming staff. Pharmacy can get busy at times and not pick up the phone , but understandably , every business is experiencing staff shortage

After years of being tortured by the woman who works at the pharmacy prescription drop-off window, we will begin taking our business elsewhere. It is a shame since the actual pharmacists are very friendly and helpful, but be warned that you will have to subject yourself to the whims of a very bitter woman in order to get that far. It is actually shocking how so many of the other reviews have mentioned her, yet this Rexall location does nothing to about it. You are losing business because you have an unfriendly, unhelpful, rude person handling your prescription intake!

The main Pharmacist there is fantastic. Great guy. But everyone else that works there is completely garbage at their jobs. Zero compassion, zero customer service. I've been put on hold and ignored for 5 minutes+ before hanging up multiple times. One girl in particular seems to make the phone go completely static and you can't understand a word she says, almost like she's got tinfoil in her teeth interfering with the phone. They don't use please's or thank you's what so ever. Please retrain the rest of the staff at this pharmacy.

I asked for my son’s epilepsy medication to be delivered they told me it would be delivered the fellowing day a week later it still wasn’t delivered and he had run out of medication which resulted in him being hospitalized for a seizure when it’s time to renew medications they also always tell u it’s not time yet I have no idea why my child is now 40 days short medication’s and they won’t let me get a repeat

This has been my local drugstore now for a year.I like the store, they often has good sales on select items. I have used their pharmacy services a few times and my experience was pleasant. Also took my family there for us all to get our COVID shots after a month on the wait list.
