The finance manager, Andrew Barber was also outstanding to deal with and helped accommodate all my needs in addition to saving my family and I a significant amount of time as we had a long commute into the city. My technology specialist Laura helped me understand all the new technology/features on the vehicle as I took delivery and was also outstanding to work with. She was extremely patient with all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about all features of the vehicle.Lexus of Edmonton provides outstanding service, honesty, and transparency. They charge no markups or require special “packages” hidden as markups. It is extremely rare to find honest dealerships, especially in this time period where inventory is low and demand is high. Wonderful service from Ian Fernandez. We bought a UX250h - 2023 model in forest green with a birch interior. It took 9 months to arrive but worth the wait. Ian kept in touch with us and updated us during this wait time. The giant touch screen is amazing! It is super quiet and takes regular gas. We love our new Lexus! I bought LEXUS RX 350 2022 sport series 3 last December. It is my first time to step in at Lexus and on the same day I bought my dream car with the help Sam Pipella. He is very accommodating on what we need and want. He is so helpful and not pressuring us. Sam took care of us in the whole process. Just bought the first car in my life, and it's my dream car! The salesman Zack is a cool dude, helpful, honest, tells you one and it will never be two, very solid person, doing business with him is a marry-go-around-free, would definitely recommend everyone to go to him.
