Sophia Nails & Spa 1 Edgemont Village

Got my nails refill for the first time at Sophia’s nail today, the nail technician was fast but still very detailed. I can’t stop staring at my nails because they are so flawless!

I went for a pedicure and it was really great and reasonably priced. I will definitely keep coming here for them. Everyone is so nice and the massage chairs are an added bonus.

I was a regular customer for Jenifer but when I came today, she wasn't there and 2 different personnel who work on the weekend worked for my nail. I didn't like the way they work. even for shaping my natural nail she used a machine and I told her don't use it, she break one of my nails too and more than 5 times she did the French design only for two of my finger .but in the end, she couldn’t do it. I told to the cashier but she didn’t even say sorry and they got $98.we are 7 friends who came to this branch but I advise you never to go to this branch on the weekend. the personnel is not perfect.I’m so upset.

I echo other’s reviews expressing disappointment with this nearby nail salon. The pedicure was okay, not the best relaxing experience but basic only. The shellac manicure removal was rushed, not allowing time for the polish to be softened enough to be easily removed with the appropriate tool. Instead, constant filing was required which scraped my skin repeatedly and left the nails uneven and not smooth even with buffing…. Not a good surface for a regular polish. And don’t get me started on the shaping and filing of my nails after trimming! I was tired of correcting the technician and requesting more detailed work, so I did finishing filing at home!

I’ve been getting mani-pedis for twenty years and this salon is the BEST ever. Especially Hannah and Tiana - both incredibly talented!

Asked for deluxe gel pedicure. Did not receive what we asked for. My gel polish doesn't even cover the ends of my toes. When I asked about it I was told it would be ok. I will be getting them done again by Monday but not here. Listen to your customers.

Amazing first experience at this salon. The service was faster than other places I’ve been and they did gorgeous arcrylics for my graduation. Staff was super nice and the store is spacious and comfortable. Thank you!
