Rolling H Cycles

After a bad experience at another local shop I came to Rolling H for help. Jacob got me info I needed and got my sons bike back to new. I have been coming back for a few years now and have bought multiple bikes since. They are always quick to get me in for service when needed and helpful with upgrades and advice. It’s always fun to stop in and talk even when I’m not looking to buy anything. Thanks!

I was stuck about 13 miles from Emmett with a loaded bike on my way to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming after 24 days of riding from Truckee CA. I had a broken chain and was without a spare chain or master link. Fortunately, I had a phone signal, so I googled the nearest bike shop and Rolling H Cycles appeared. I called them and explained my predicament. Within seconds, I was connected to staff that was willing to come to me (about 36 miles), bring a new chain, master link AND put the chain on. Mind you, they do not have a mobile service. Ben and Jacob arrived. In less than 20 minutes, a new chain was on my bike and I had a master link. Thanks fellow...y'all rock. What trail angels! To add to my good fortunate, they were only asking me to pay for the parts. I paid for the parts AND gave a generous donation to show my appreciation. I was impressed with the customer service. If they went all out for me, I can only imagine the superior service they provide to ALL customers. I am unable to thank them enough. I truly felt valued as a customer. Their service was #1, A+++. If you need a repair or are looking for a bike or need ANYTHING cycling related, use them. You will be a VERY satisfied customer like me.

Please support your local bike shop. Times are tough and people are not buying bikes like they were in the past few years. We just bought a “E-Dash” mid-drive bike for grandpa (81 years old) to ride in Vancouver WA. The staff at Rolling H is knowledgeable, friendly and over-the top in accommodating your individual biking needs. Lots of bikes to choose from or they will build your dream bike.

Fantastic service at this shop. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and I love supporting a locally owned business. Adam helped with getting my tri bike setup and gave me some great advice from his experience too. Highly recommend.

This is my go to bike shop! They’re the best in the valley!!! I have bought numerous parts from them! Very reasonable prices! They’re so knowledgeable and also get my questions answered! I love this place! I just bought a new bike here. Adam and Ryan worked hard to find me the perfect bike. They were kind and patient through all my test rides, trying to figure out what I wanted and my considerable waffling. Thanks for everything!

Best bike shop around. They serviced my little beach cruiser for years until I was in an accident where it was destroyed by a truck. They looked at it for me, helped me get what I needed for the insurance adjusters, and helped get me into a new-to-me ‘90s mountain bike that I love. They are the best around, for any level of rider. And with my snazzy ‘90s mountain bike, I’ve been exploring some dirt trails around my area (no trucks to worry about there, haha). When I’m ready for another bike, I’ll be going to see them. :)

I have come from Vale, Or. 3 times to have my bike tuned and whatever. Today they fit me in to work on it knowing I drove 1 hour travel time.The price has been reasonable!Every guy in there is extremely friendly and very helpful. Very good customer care. Ben, Adam and the crew, on there day off, took my call and did some fine tuning of my new bike I did not buy from them. I traveled from out of state and they opened their doors for me. Adam, the owner, did the adjustments, gave me some recommendations and some sage wisdom. This shop is solid, well appoint and the crew is sharp and very knowledgeable! They could have easily turned me away and I would not have faulted them for it.Instead I was greeted warmly and my bike is in top notch shape all things considered……. All this for the mere cost of a dozen assorted donuts…There isn’t a finer bike shop in the region in my opinion!! Go pay them a visit for all your bike needs. You will not be disappointed!!

Excellent work. Although very busy Ben took the time to install bushings on my new rear shock. These guys know what they are doing - can't say that about other shops in the valley. Highly recommend !Jack
