Very happy to get my auto insurance policy in Ontario. I was assisted by agent Charity Pellerin here, and my application was completed by phone. She was very friendly, knowledgable and answered all the questions especially to some conflicts through website application. I had and made this experience a good one!

I wanted to browse for quotes but not ready to talk yet. I barely pressed submit and I received a call within a minute. They continued to call every hour. Once I was able to pick up, they were pushing for me to speak to the broker with the best quote to finalize. Their approach has become very aggressive, it wasn't like this before as Kanetix.

I received a call from Gina, after I submitted my info online. She was wonderful, very friendly as she confirmed my info. After our initial conversation, she then transferred my call to the broker, Maria, who was also such a pleasure to speak to. Such great service from both ladies, and at the same time I am saving a considerable amount on my annual car insurance!

The app and real quote do not 100% match. The Info may of change slightly while discussing with broker. Company recommend does not cover more then car and home which makes it difficult to change companies. I was recommend a company who wants to be paid up front for my none resident and boat coverage. It is good to know where I stand with my current ins company. Thanks,
