The owner of this business is a horrendous bully who does not understand how to respect clients, or the clients of the businesses who surround him. You could not pay me enough to return to this establishment, no matter how convenient. This man has verbally and physically harassed the clients of other businesses and has been reported multiple times to building management. His behaviour has caused the surrounding businesses to lose clients as they are scared of coming within close proximity to where he works. From now on I will no longer be a client of this business and I urge others to think twice before using the services offered by this establishment. There are many other reputable dry cleaners in the area who conduct themselves with much more respect and consideration for other human beings. Disgusting behaviour.

Would recommend this dry cleaners, owner is honest with turn around times when it’s a busy time and about being able to remove stains or not being able to do it. Always friendly and helps every time to bring my clothes back to car so I don’t wrinkle anything!!

I have been a regular for 2 years and they've never done anything wrong. And for their first review, someone gave them one star. Mostly writing this to correct that lack of charity.Having now read the previous review, I am writing again to double down on my previous remarks.

They are real professionals caring for customers. Oct.26 & 27, 2021 don't know the reason but their store is closed during normal daily operating hours...for the last couple of days! There's no sign at the window explaining why they are closed...and I need to pick up my clothes...

This is the worst dry clean you can deal with. I had bad experience with them. The man there damaged my expensive winter coat. He actually burned and faded the fur trim on the hoodie. It was a koyote fur. When I realized this I asked him to fix it so he refused and took my coat back and refused neither to give it back nor to fix it. I will take the necessary action against him.Edit: I am editing my review to comment on your response. The damage is obvious and very clear to anyone. Don't pretend that you didn't damage it! You say that you are having 20 years experience in the dry cleaning service so it's a shame to damage an expensive coat like mine Soia & Kyo" brand! The damage is true and I'm asking for a compensation very proudly as you mentioned. I'm asking you to pay 400$ to me specially that you are steeling and keeping my coat and I bought another one because of you

I don’t recommend using this business..he stole my friend’s winter cot after damaging it ..save your valuable stuff and time ..!

I had a great experience. The service was prompt and the staff were very friendly and nice.I received dry cleaning as well as alteration services and they were all done professionally.

The owners are very friendly and honest. When I brought my daughter’s winter coat covered in mud and so dirty, they washed it with their specially made soap that contains no harsh chemicals. They washed it THREE TIMES to make sure I get back a coat that looks like brand new! And they never charged me extra. I highly recommend this business to everyone!!

For years I was doing buisiness with them ,there was a lady that was doing a great job and I was always satisfied, now the gentleman that is always there instead of her he can’t even take the right measurements,I gave him 3pants to hem, I went back to receive it and was still long ,gave it back to him to fix it and it became too short , I was so frustrated so I went back for the third time he almost kicked me out saying no more, it’s not my fault ,I don’t take the measurements, when the lady was there I never had any issues ,felt so frustrated and insulted ,I will never be back
