Catalano Frank Notaire

Frank Catalano has prepared several legal documents for me and I have found him to be polite, patient and very meticulous. He was also the officiant at my wedding which he handled with the utmost care befitting this special occasion.

What a nice man. He explains everything as we went along for our wills and power of attorney's. Things I never even heard about. Patient, there was no rush. Very happy with everything.

Unreal!! My father is at the beginning stages of Alzheimer's disease, he is of sound mind 85%-90% of the time (which I explained) anddddd I also have a doctors note to vouch for this... I was simply asking for POA seeing as his wife recently passed (he never even got far enough to find this out) and let's face it, better do this now to protect him before he gets worse... He is currently well enough and I was advised by everyone including many social workers, doctors and then some to get a notary. This a**hat of notary was so rude and showed no compassion whatsoever. He kept saying, I cannot help you, how will I be able to tell if he is of sound mind, and this after he asked me for the doctor's note and all. I told him I would be present and obviously he can tell by spending more than 3 mins on the phone with me. He hadn't even asked me any other questions. I asked him what I could do or what he would need as I do not know how to proceed and all, seeing as just the fact that I need this in the first place saddens me to no end. He rudely kept telling me, I cannot help you and when he thought I didn't hear him he interrupts me and YELLS I CANNOT HELP YOU" and in a fit of disbelief and RAGE

My husband and I have been using Mr. Catalano's services for many years. We first met when I retained his services to be the officiant at our wedding. He has subsequently helped us write our wills, close out our mortgage, and most recently, with the estate of my late mother. I can honestly say that he is VERY professional, always polite, and very knowledgeable...it's not an accident that we've retained his services so often...and no doubt will in the future!
