Clera Windows + Doors Fergus

Gerald at Clera Windows was very easy to work with his installer did a good job of installing our windows. We will be referring Gerald to our family.

Had a great experience from start to end with Clera. We love our new windows and doors, and we would recommend them to anyone needing new windows or doors. Plus they are local, great bonus!

We installed windows and doors for me 7 years ago. Over that time. I had two small issues. Clera Windows was extremely responsive, went back for me with the vendor, and resolved an issue I probably couldn't have done myself. I found them to be efficient and helpful and fair. I would use this company and Gerald again in a heartbeat.

All windows were replaced with slider, hung, awning, and casement windows. The job was smooth and clean and Gerald clearly knows what he is doing.

When initially meeting with consultation agent, he made no mention that I was going to be receiving window inserts for my basement windows, the frame is original to the house (1969) so it was obvious that it needed to be changed.I assumed I was getting excellent service as they told me I was receiving a discount as a returning customer as I had them change 5 regular sized windows in the upper floor and 2 on the main floor plus a bay window, which was done for my house years ago and we assumed that just like before the windows would be changed out, frame and all!I did not think I was going to be getting window inserts being installed, and on top of that there were many mistakes in the initial install that the installer had to drive all the way from Fergus back into Kitchener to resolve that could have easily been taken care of before he left, terrible attention to detail and was quite moody to me for HIS own mistakes.Never will I use this company again, I have an inferior product in my basement that will have half the service life as the frame will likely need to be still changed out in the future causing me to pay for glass again.So very disappointed in what has happened and I can only blame myself for this as I should have looked more into reviews instead of just blindly trusting a company I had trusted to do so much for me in the past. Unfortunately trying to blame them won't do much as my last email was never responded to, as I was expressing my disappointment.Honestly, this all would have been okay if they would have just said that the price quoted I received was for a Window Insert, and advised to me that changing the whole frame would be in my best interest, but they never made mention to me that I was just getting a glass insert. I'm saddened because I let this happen.

Replaced multiple windows in our home. Geraldand everyone were responsive, and professional and did a great job.
