horrible services! They should have a training program to learn how to communicate with residents. It will be much better if hire more positive and polite front desk and management.

Don't learn the hard way like me and be drawn in by the aesthetics. The condo's quality and management is awful. Amenities are still not ready (after many false promises and over a year of accepting residents), the walls are paper-thin, management's always hovering around getting in people's business but incapable of getting anything of value done. It's the works.

Very poorly managed building. There is massive construction abandoned in the courtyard. The doors are paper thin. Management is unhelpful on almost any issue brought to them. There are cigarettes constantly thrown in the pool. Because the air system is so poorly done the gym gets way too hot, as in over 30 degrees, regularly, which may not be legal as gyms are required to maintain cool temperatures. There is massive turnover among the security staff. The management is generally acknowledged among residents to be a major problem. There is no working garbage chute which again I am fairly certain is illegal. Management is too cheap to pay to fix it so all garbage, organic or recycling gets thrown together and treated as garbage. Elevators are constantly an issue, as are leaks and floods throughout the building.Please be warned, although central, this is not a quality building.

No smoking on your own balcony is just ridiculous smh

A Casa 3 security/doorman was named Brithan" along with the amenities management system was the worst we have ever seen. We booked a guest suite for our guest coming in for the weekend (check-in day: Saturday). The booking system first approved the reservation and then the system had problems with accepting the payment by credit card many days later for some unknown reason. So

Pros: Nice building, safe, secure. Spacious unit.Cons:They don't let delivery people up to your unit for example uber eats/grocery delivery. You must go down to get it. No reason provided for this.You can't buzz anyone in to the building and directly to your unit they have to go to security and security has to set the elevator. This means on friday night's when many residents are having people over, your guests have to wait in line.Lots of don't smoke, don't have xyz on your balcony emails from management addressed to the whole building.

This condo is the WORST one I have ever stayed. The concierge staff and the management shamelessly make up a fake story to defraud tenants of money. They are very biased and racist.

Rudest concierge and management, the quality of service has dragged down condo's standard. I reported to the management that the service attitude was poor and they did not provide any solution, just replied me and asked me to tell the unit number. Each is more annoying than the last.

I purchased a unit a few years ago in this building. I won’t recommend this place to anyone because of the current management (most notably Dragos). All of my past experience interacting with the property manager has been extremely negative. He would not listen to your complaints/suggestions, but instead explain to you how you are the one at fault in a condescending tone. Avoid if you can.

Honestly, save your nerves from staying here. If you have any friends and want them to come over - forget about it, this building's rules and management will f-up all your plans. Many of the rules are non-sense and the management is EXTREMELY slow to implement any changes. The only two good things about this building - nice amenities (and don't ever expect to see the pool, its still closed in mid-June) and some really nice and great people who work as securities here (most of them started to leave this place and they are getting replaced with extremely incompetent people). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
