To the coolest asian guy working the till around 2:30pm on July 17, and the most baller white girl making the drinks at the same time, im so sorry we didnt get your names. But your level of customer service and the drinks you made, were the most level of bussin 10/10 drinks weve ever had. We used my girlfriends birthday drink and you guys KILLED it. Honest to god the owners of this starbucks need to realize how hard those 2 young people work when it was so busy, and still able to produce such amazing, delicious and bussin drinks. Props to you both, our go to starbucks

The guy with the golden hairs made the best java chip frapp. Unbelievably good. Thank you. Otherwise some people don't know how to make it perfect.

Its an okay place overall. Free parking could be found around the corner. Currently there is limited seating and no washrooms available. Its right near one of the busiest intersections. So, might not be the quietest place to do some quick work or study.

How do you screw up a dark roast coffee? Give the customer less than warm coffee. It would have been nice to be given the choice to wait for fresh coffee or change my order. Instead I was driving away allowing my coffee to ‘cool down’ before I took a drink and found out it was cold, thanks bro. $3+ for a tall cool dark roast.

Beware of these thieves! My wife and I visited here a few days ago and we were charged for our transaction 3 times. Even though my wife insisted that the machine said the transaction is approved, they said it didn’t go through. Then they said that only one transaction shows up in their system and we should wait till the bank finishes processing in 3 days. 3 days later, the bank shows 3 transactions after processing was completed. So basically, they stole our money.

This review has been a long time coming honestly- I used to hit this place up almost every day during walks throughout 2022 (I can't imagine parking in this area tbh Nice for walks, not as fun for cars) and it's always been a solid experience. I did notice getting the same thing costed a little more here than at other Starbucks, so I hope that means people are getting paid a little more because I'd rather give a little more money knowing people are being treated well than save a few cents.

Little nice spot at Kingsway, they have a decent seating area but old.There is also an outside seating area, ok customer service and the store is not so clean as well.There is a bus stop right in front of the store and a paid parking lot at the same building.Overall it’s an ok experience for me and may not come back.

This is definitely a well managed Starbucks with super friendly staff. The drinks are consistent with any other Starbucks location. They’re in a busy location so it’s impressive that you get quality service without any delays.
