I used the drive through ATM to get cash.. was very easy and fast

They allowed Michael Rosehart to open an account with false and misleading information with myself and one other person. I had $1500 stolen from me and the agent that opened with account with Michael Rosehart and myself told me and the other party there that Rosehart would not have access to the account. I'm now in a police investigation to get the money back. I do not recommend this bank.

I had an excellent experience here earlier today. I wasn’t sure if the bank was open because it was Easter Monday, but to my surprise, it was! A young lady named Jasmine was so polite, kind and was easily able to provide assistance that the person over the phone would not. I had received a card from them with my name incorrectly displayed. Jasmine rectified it and was so pleasant while doing so. She also fixed a PIN issue I had, which was a blessing! She was so nice and professional, but kind and warm while doing her job. She provided excellent customer service, which is sorely lacking these days. She will go far with her pleasant attitude and I hope that her management reads this and acknowledges what an asset she is to them!

I walked into the back to speak with someone about a mortgage. I was told that I could not walk in, I could not wait, I must have an appointment. They asked for my phone number which was provided and said they could book an appointment. After a short conversation it was discovered that even during COVID they could not do it all over the phone after saying that I needed an appointment. If an appointment is needed why can't I speak with them on the phone? Avoid all contact.The front end staff were friendly although sounded like I had to jump through hoops just to speak with someone, which never happened.#localguides

Just always a difficult experience to deal with what is supposed to be a service business. Experts at telling you to move on" with a long convoluted condescending answer without solving anything. You avoid to go there because you know every time you do it is going to be a stressful frustrating interaction no matter what you aim to accomplish."

** POOR SERVICE, LACKADAISICAL ATTITUDE & BAD COMMUNICATION ** We interacted with Sabrina at the front desk and she would be the last person on earth to be handling customers in my opinion. There was no courtesy whatsoever, no friendliness, answered our questions with a snotty tone, no expectations set about the wait time as she chatted with her colleague about her upcoming vacation plans out loud and had an awful attention as I had to keep repeating myself - she had all the hallmarks of how NOT" to be a successful front desk clerk. If you can't treat others the way you want to be treated (especially at the front desk)

Manager is so welcoming and treated me and my husband with so much love and respect.

Great Staff and Management team. Great Hours and Open on Saturday's Great! Great to work with! Calling and speaking and making an appointment is brutal. No one answers. So that leaves only one choice- going in person but Management staff might be book so you drive to make a an appointment. This should not happen in 2019.
