First print with them was custom cards. The whole run of prints were printed slightly shifted as a result when cut had part of the card borders improperly cropped and cut out.Second time I just needed 11x14 image printed on either gloss poster or card stock. They wanted 11$ and a whole week for a single print. Absolute garbage. I just went over to UPS instead about a 2 minute drive away and had it printed immediately and for 89 cents.

I would give Staples Regent ZERO stars if I could. I spent $1200 on a laptop and wanted a wireless keyboard & mouse to go with it.They didn’t have the one I wanted in stock (of course) so I bought one they suggested. Took it home on Monday and hated it immediately but could not return it until Friday.In the meantime, the box got tossed and wouldn’t you know it, you cannot return electronics to staple without the box.Well, for the price of a box, they have lost my business.Never again will I buy anything from Staples

Holy shish, what rude service.I went out of my way to go to this Staples when I could've saved time and stress by going to Walmart if I had known what the photo centre service is like.All I wanted was to get photos from my phone printed. Should be simple.Nay nay. I was trying to follow the steps, but they want prepayments, first, and you have to know what the cost you would be paying. If it's different after your photos are printed you pay again. The machines only take credit cards or store credit cards. Despite my debit linked as a Visa card the machine would not accept debits. I was told I would have to buy a gift card or prepaid credit card from Staples to use. If the end price differs, how that would work? I don't know. I wasn't told.No one could answer a simple question. Getting assistance took a long time. My daughter tried asking the lady at the copy center but she ignored her. She tried asking the lady standing around at the front but she told her to go to the lady at the copy center. Someone finally came to me to help" but all I was told was I couldn't use my debit card and everything explained above.Then I was told the machine I was using wasn't the right one and they pointed to another one. The whole time the tone was like they thought I was stupid.I followed the instructions

Came in very confused about laptop specs and left with more knowledge than I needed. Owen, The tech specialist who helped me, went above and beyond to help me find a good laptop and explained every detail along the way. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

Went to bind the book. First time I received book without front and last page, unbinded one of the page , charged twice for the service ( during drop off and pick up ) and getting copy of my notes instead of original pages since the person that was binding , made holes improperly. I could forget about that experience because manager deal with that issue really well. But I gave another try. Yesterday left book for binding. I got discount since i decided to leave the book for 24 hours and pick up next day at the same day. I received binded book with different color of coil that I wanted, different last page ( I am wondering why they are asking about this staff when you place the order when they don't provide that service) and pick up the book with few loose pages. I paid so much higher that I was informed during drop off. My advise : Avoid that store !!!!

Absolutely ridiculous prices which are predatory to the families of young students.Not only are the prices exorbitant, the service is unprofessional; but don't worry, there's a good chance they will avoid you anyway.Vote with your wallet and seek out alternative businesses.

One of the worst stores in Winnipeg. The print and tech staff is very unwelcoming. A girl named Kegys was actually chewing a gum while on shift which was so unprofessional. Turned her back on me two times when asked for help. Third time I asked her - you can’t even help customers when they need assistance. She felt ashamed and helped with scanning one document and I scanned others by myself. She was busy talking to another employee when she could have helped customers. Most unfriendly store!!!!DON’T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to this store!!!!

I asked for help I got a rude response from Chanda waited around. Nobody helped me lots of staff there. Hope she’s not a manager because you’re in big trouble.
