Dr. Tara has done WONDERS with The Webster Technique for me while I was pregnant with baby #2 which definitely made such a huge improvement in my birth experience and postpartum recovery as well! I’m forever thankful for Dr. Tara’s expert advice as it helped me navigate through labor-pains all on my own since I couldn’t have any medical staff or family around me while in labour at the hospital during the pandemic. I’ve been going here twice a week since 30 weeks pregnant to see Dr. Tamara for adjustments and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this clinic!Clinic:The office is very clean, they follow covid protocol/ cleaning, the staff are very nice and welcoming and also accommodating as well. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins (on some occasions) when I arrive for my appointment which I can appreciate that everyone is punctual and they do not over-book.Treatment:From the first appointment Dr. Tamara has been so kind, gentle and informative. I love that each session she listens to my complaints/ pain points and uses that time to focus on helping me get relief. The sessions never felt rushed nor have I left dissatisfied. Dr. Tamara has went out of her way many times to send me links to products, exercises, stretches, etc that are tailored to my specific needs which has been so helpful!Overall, I’m very happy with the level of service and care I receive at Advance Vitality, I’ve been feeling so much better physically and I have and will continue to recommend any pregnant women to this clinic!

Dr. Tara and her team are the absolute best! Not only do their treatments work, but they're service is outstanding! This clinic has created such a wonderful environment for everyone. When you visit, every concern you have is addressed. Each part of the process is explained and each team member takes the time to give you the necessary information or education needed. The team here makes your care so easy, doing everything they can to take the burden off the patient! I've never had healthcare like this before and I'm so glad I do now!

A friendly clean environment, the staff are knowledgeable, and helpful.
