Dishonest company that should not be trusted. Their IT manager is vindictive.

The majority of staff are great people, but there are those that scream and yell all day long at relatives. This one is put in charge and ignores safety protocol and allows his favorite on his line to throw screws in peoples faces and will say she is just joking around. She also will put things in secret on peoples bottoms to make it look like they have tails and have everyone not let that person know there is something on their behinds to make fun of them. But when someone gets upset at his favorite he will tell them to behave or go home. Sometimes though when he sees no way out he will speak to her quietly at his desk and come back and say she is sorry and she is bowing down to me now. He does not even wear safety shoes and his son is in charge of safety. It is ran by the 3 in the family mostly out in the factory and the one that bows down apparently, but loves to be praised. She has everyone tell her often she is liked more than others, she will literally say who do you like more to people and walk away smiling. They both love to hear how much they are the best and how much everyone loves them. If you understand this you may get a raise if not they will conspire lies about you. Be aware if they report you for something even if lacking evidence they will be believed.
