UNRELIABLE! Very unprofessional. We called a few days prior to arrange for a wheelchair taxi for a family member to attend a doctor's appointment. I called again 30 minutes prior to our appointment, they said they were running late and than called last minute to say they were not able to make it! We missed the doctors appointment and now have to wait 3 months for another appointment because of E-Z Taxi's lack of organization. Disgusted by their service and lack there of!Do NOT use.

Kind staff and good drivers. On time.My rate was fare. If your worried about cost of the trip, just ask them to give you a price ahead. Over the phone or in the cab.Worth trying if you need a car in the morning.

Russ is the best driver! Very friendly and goes above and beyond on a daily basis. I won't use any other taxi company.

Absolutely terrible. Never on time. The dispatcher is always angry and rude to the drivers and customers. Also when we tried to open a window (29 Celsius weather) the driver kept closing it and then locked it so he could talk on his phone. Very unprofessional and rude. Oh and always at least 1 hour late.

Absolutely the wrong choice to rely on for a ride. Driver drove away, said he had a quicker fair. left us hanging trying to make the beer store. Driver is his own dispatch!

Twice now they’ve sent me a driver with an old car that obviously needs major repairs as you hear the shock absorbers in the back rattle so loud that you can’t even hear the driver speaking without exaggeration.Upon booking, I specifically asked not be sent that car as my experience was horrible the last time I’ve used it and guess what , they sent the exact car and it was late!It’s obvious that they don’t care about loosing businessDefinitely my last time using their service!

I had to wait 45 minutes after confirming my order to tell me they had taken other clients from Brampton and they cannot pick me up for another 30 minutes. I waited and ended up having to wait 1 whole hour a total a 1 1/2 hours of waiting! Plus the car smelt. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Please use other taxi companies or just Uber for christ’s sakes

The driver of the cab constantly speeds around town dropping off/ picking up fares.When confronted about his lack of concern for the safety of his fares and citizens of Georgetown he swore at the caller and hung up.The worst cab driver who has no manners and should have never been granted a taxi cab license.A one star rating at bestA disgrace to the industry!!!
