Very great service, I just bought 2 bikes from Cyclepath. Chris and Nick were very nice and honest, trying to save me as much money as I could. The staff are very friendly and professional. They treated us very well, and were very helpful, answering all our questions with pleasure. I highly recommend this bike shop.

I read the past reviews on this place and was concerned, but my experience was quite good. The service cost was reasonable and the tune up I asked for made for a great riding experience. The only thing I'd suggest to Cyclepath is PLEASE ensure the tires are properly inflated before giving the bike back to the clients. I asked twice, once when bringing the bike in and once when picking it up. The guy who gave me my bike back just squeezed the tires with his hands and said they were properly inflated, that's less than reassuring. Overall, a good experience, thanks.

Hi everyone,For your information, tune up has been done better than in any other places. Customer service perfect. If there is a need to make additional repairs they will call you (not in my case). My sister and I repaired 2 bikes, perfectly done.Excellent job plus 30 days of warranty.Strongly suggest this place on Main street.

I have had my bicycle tuned up and repaired here. I have also bought accessories and sought advice here and I find their prices and service very good especially compared to other bike speciality stores. Nick always tries to sell me on a new bike though.

I did service two of my bicycles there. they fix seat on my mountain bike, replaced tire, chain and straight up bent rim on my road bike. the stuff was nice and friendly and service was always prompt. Prices are reasonable. The shop is right in downtown Brampton which is convenient. i will definitely service my bicycle there again

Super helpful staff and will answer any question you have. I needed a little jockey wheel for an old rear derailleur and after finding a size that will fit, just gave it for free. They'll talk you through their offerings and will suggest something to fit your needs. Been here several times with nothing but good stories and service.

Great service. I went back to Cyclepath today and my son's bike needed a small repair. The associate in the repair department gave a quick look, repaired the bike at no cost which took only a minute. My son was so happy to have his bike back in rideable condition. Thanks again!(Past post). Great Service. My son's bike had a flat and he was disappointed that he may not undertake his evening ride. I went to Cycle Path and in approximately 10 mins they were able to fix his tire. That charged $22 and my son never missed his evening exercise. Great service and great staff. Keep it up!

I had a terrible experience, i walked in and asked an employee a question about a bike i was looking into, and he completely disregarded my question and walked away. i genuinely felt discouraged about staying because of that interaction. the store wasn't packed and really turned me off from even trying to do business in the futureim a new biker, and was looking into upgrading into a new bike but i will stay away from here because of the experience

The staff was extremely condescending towards myself and my 10 speed bike. Over the phone was extremely pleasant but when I showed up to ask for a repair regarding the phone call I had earlier that day they all of a sudden didn't seem to want to help me as much. Quite strange as they seemed like they didn't have time for me. I'd like to see better customer service before I return

Amazing bike shop. Awesome people. Any questions you may have. They have the answers. Great quality bikes too...I've had mine for 3 years now and still good as new. It's worth getting a bike from them. It will last and they help you take care of it.
