I have been taking my cars to Moez and Rose for 17 years. I consider them cherished friends. Moez was the first on scene when my son totaled his car and offered much compassion and empathy. I refer anyone who needs car repair in Edmonton to Moez there is no other auto repair organization in Edmonton I would recommend. Recently my daughters car was totaled while she was parked at work and once again Moez and Rose's level of empathy and support was tremendous. Tanzam has repaired all of my car and those of my children. Moez will walk you through repairs and tell you if you need to have it done now or if it can wait and you will always see the parts that are removed. These as special special people who care deeply about their customers.

Friendly staff up front and very knowledgeable mechanics that do great work

Brought them a front hub assembly to rebuild, I commented how noisey it was when I picked it up. Was told bearing greases would work it's way. Never stopped being just as noisey as before. They probably didn't do anything and since I don't have a press, how am I to know? Also extremely terrible at customer service, answering the phone or getting back to me seemed very difficult for them. Total gong show.

Impatient:I took my vehicle in to be checked and during the initial call they were very nice, after dropping the vehicle off, they were incredibly rude (Moez), impatient and told me to just come pick the car up without having them look at it because I annoyed them when I called to check up on the car. Huge waste of time, terrible experience.

I have never had anything but amazing customer service and work done by Tanzam. The owner is such a sweet man that will do nothing but what he feels is needed for your vehicle and does whatever he can to make it affordable. I only bring my vehicle to them and my family does the same! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

All I can say is that this is the best experience I have ever had with car repair. The man who took care of me was Moez. He is extremely kind and understanding, and he focusses first on you, as a person, first and foremost. This is a small shop with an extremely dedicated team. The work was of the highest quality, and the prices were very fair and reasonable. Due to their hard work and dedication, I am able to drive home for thanksgiving, rather than being car-less for the whole weekend and paying three times as much at big auto repair shops. Thank you Moez and the whole team at Tanzam Auto.

They gave me a call to ask me to convince my mother that the vehicle is not road safe and should stay off the road. Listed everything off that was wrong with it. I’m glad they are willing to go the extra distance to keep there customers save. Sad part is that it was not my mother and they had the wrong number. Sure hope that someone’s mother is keeping that deadly vehicle off the road.

Amazing place. Moez and Rose really care about their customers and the prices can’t be beat. They actually treat you like family.
